Located in Loc.Gosparini, Lisciano Niccone, Villa Perugini is surrounded by the green hills that dominate the Lake Trasimeno from north. The perfect place where relaxing in contact with the nature and, at the same time, reaching and visiting some of the most beautiful cities of central Italy, from Assisi to Siena, from Cortona to Perugia, from Florence to Rome, all reachable in few minutes/ two hours time maximum.
The Villa has 3 indipendent flats, totally for 10 people. Please note that the apartments are indipendent and to pass from one to the other, you have to go out. Completely surrounded by greenery of a 4000 square m garden, with an enchanting panorama on lake, the villa has a swimming pool with large serena stone solarium, supply with sun loungers, sun ombrellas and armchairs for the guests.
Each apatment has living area with kitchen well-furnished with dishwasher, microwave, electic oven, table and chairs, sofas, fireplace (on request, firewood). Two flats, each for 4 people, have one matrimonial bedroom, one double bedroom, bathroom with shower and bidet, one smaller flat for 2 people has one matrimonial bedroom, bathroom with shower and bidet.
Please note heating fees are not included in the price, if you need, the cost is 4 €/ cubic meter of gpl.

Why they chose this property
Choose this villa if you are a family of 10 people or two couple of friends with children. It is perfect! It is near Tuscany borders, so you can easily visit Siena, Cortona, Florence, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Vald'Orcia, and in Umbria, Perugia, Assisi, Montefalco.
