Another lovely stay

We really love the fabulous view from the balcony over the sweep of the bay and old town Menton. The apartment is in a good location and is an ideal base- clean, airy and equipped. We hope to be back!

A Lovely visit

A very comfortable, light and airy apartment - so easy to feel at home! Situated in a very convenient location, with a wonderfully inspirational view, it was was very hard to leave. Thank you Laurence and Patrice for such a great stay.

Magnifique!

We had a very good stay in the appartment in Les Orangers des Ciappes! Menton is a very nice town with nice beaches. We visited Italy and Monaco witch are nearby. The appartment was excellent with stunning views from the large terrace! We'll be back!

Menton with a superb view!

This flat had the perfect view. Perfect location with secure parking for 2m vehicle Ideal for 2 persons.However, the furniture had a lot to be desired, the sofas are uncomfortable and the plastic table and chairs for dining furniture wasn’t the best, so too the kitchen which was pretty old.

Lovely apartment , amazing view of old Menton.

Nice property, so well equipped, especially in the kitchen. Wonderful view, so great to wake up to it every morning. For part of our stay some of our family stayed. We were so pleased that the sofa bed was excellent, so comfortable. Laurence was super at corresponding, always a very quick reply. Nothing was too much trouble.

L'appartement, accessible par une petite route escarpée, est situé sur les hauteurs de Menton avec une très belle vue sur la mer. ON ARRIVE SUR UNE VOIE PRIVÉE AVEC UN GARAGE ET UN ACCÈS DIRECT À L'APPARTEMENT PAR ASCENSEUR. La taille du logement est exceptionnelle à ce prix pour la région. On peut descendre à pied vers le centre et les rues piétonnes en moins d'un quart d'heure sans avoir besoin de sortir la voiture DONC SANS SOUCI DE PARKING PAYANT... Notre hôtesse est disponible et attentive à la bonne qualité de notre séjour. LA REMISE DES CLÉS VIA LA BOÎTE AUX LETTRES PERMET D'ARRIVER À N'IMPORTE QUELLE HEURE L'APRÈS-MIDI, SANS RENDEZ-VOUS D'ÉTAT DES LIEUX pour une location en toute confiance ! Le logement est très bien équipé avec un frigo congélateur et un vrai four, ainsi que des transats pour profiter pleinement de la vue panoramique, ce qui est rare. Vu la surface intérieure, le prix de l'option ménage est tout à fait justifié. En résumé, un excellent séjour et une envie très forte de revenir prochainement. UN GRAND MERCI À NOTRE HÔTESSE POUR CE LIEU MAGNIFIQUE ET BIEN DÉCORÉ !

Eine geschmackvoll eingerichtete, saubere Wohnung mit viel Platz, vor allem einem großen Balkon mit herrlicher Aussicht, die wir jeden Tag genossen haben. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das Auto steht sicher im Untergeschoss. Die Altstadt, Geschäfte und Strände sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir waren zum 3. und wahrscheinlich nicht letzten Mal hier.

C'est la 4ème fois que nous séjournions dans cet appartement charmant et fonctionnel pour deux personnes. L'immeuble sécurisé tout comme le parking (si rare à Menton) sont de vrais plus pour ce logement qui correspond en tous points au descriptif. Le balcon couvert et équipé permet des moments magiques à toute heure avec une vue imprenable. Les contacts avec les propriétaires sont excellents. Nous y reviendrons dès que possible.

Wir machen jedes Jahr in Menton Urlaub und bleiben immer in dieser Wohnung! Die Lage ist super, der Ausblick ist wunderschön und die Wohnung sehr sauber gehalten. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfreich.Wir sind jedes Mal sehr zufrieden und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen!

Schöner Aufenthalt mit fantastischer Aussicht

Wir haben einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub im schönen Menton mit zahlreichen sehenswerten Ausflugszielen verbracht. Die Lage der gut ausgestatteten Wohnung und der Ausblick sind hervorragend. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr gut. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

De vraies vacances

L'envie d'y revenir. Ce fut notre deuxième séjour dans cet appartement toujours aussi pratique, bien entretenu et bien placé. Les essentiels : la vue, le parking sous-terrain fermé et les échanges appréciés avec les propriétaires toujours disponibles. Un nouveau passage cet été !

Bon séjour à Menton pour la fête du citron

Bel appartement confortable et propre, très bien situé, nous étions à 10-15mn a pied des festivités.Seul l'accès par la route en voiture est un peu difficile ( route étroite et très sinueuse) mais sans grande difficulté.La vue depuis le séjour est superbe.Ce logement est vraiment super et les équipements sont fonctionnels.Très agréable séjour.
