Nous avons passé 15 jours dans l’appartement de Martine à Sète et nous avons été ravies de notre séjour.L’appartement est très agréable, confortable et parfaitement adapté pour passer de belles vacances. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous (très bien équipé). Il est également très bien situé (à peine 3minutes à pied de la plage) ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de Sète et de ses environs.Martine est une hôte adorable, disponible, attentionnée (merci pour le cadeau !) et très accueillante. Les échanges avec elle ont été simples et agréables du début à la fin.Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement et reviendrons avec grand plaisir lors d’un prochain séjour à Sète. Merci Martine pour ces très belles vacances !

Emplacement au top à quelques mètres à pied de la plage. Commerces et restaurants alentours. Grande piscine très agréable et propre. Appartement très bien équipé et très lumineux. Je recommande !

Wir durften bereits das zweite Mal zu Gast in der Wohnung von Martine und Roland sein. Wie auch im vergangenen Jahr haben wir unseren Aufenthalt in der gut ausgestatteten und exzellent gelegenen Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation war schnell und sehr freundlich. Ein kleines Problem (nicht alle Handtücher waren am ersten Tag verfügbar) hat die Kontaktperson vor Ort professionell und schnell gelöst.Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen und freuen uns, im nächsten Jahr wieder zu kommen.Nochmals herzlichen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft durch Martine und Roland, sowie die Unterstützung vor Ort durch Mélanie.--Nous avons eu le plaisir de séjourner pour la deuxième fois dans l'appartement de Martine et Roland. Comme l'année dernière, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement bien équipé et très bien situé.La communication a été rapide et très amicale. Schönes Apartment in Strandnähe

Wir waren fast 3 Wochen in diesem gepflegten Apartment das nur 200m vom Strand entfernt ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es war ruhig und uns hat es an nicht gefehlt, alles war vorhanden für den täglichen Bedarf. Wir wurden nett empfangen, uns wurde alles gezeigt und erklärt. Das Apartment hat noch eine dazugehörige Garage, was wir sehr als vorteilhaft betrachten. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall mit besten Gewissen empfehlen, und kommen bestimmt auch gerne wieder.

Toller Urlaub

Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal in dieser schönen Wohnung und haben uns wieder unglaublich wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und gepflegt und hat einen schönen Balkon. Strand und Strandpromenade sowie Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war wieder unkompliziert und herzlich. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und werden sicher wieder kommen.

Nous étions déjà la deuxième fois dans ce bel appartement et nous nous sommes sentis à nouveau incroyablement à l'aise. L'appartement est très bien équipé, très propre et bien entretenu et dispose d'un joli balcon. La plage et la promenade de la plage ainsi que les restaurants sont accessibles en quelques minutes. La communication avec les propriétaires était à nouveau simple et cordiale. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances et nous reviendrons certainement. Merci Sabine pour votre message, Nous sommes très heureux que vous partagiez notre appartement et nous mettons tout en œuvre pour le rendre le plus attrayant et le plus agréable. Sète est une ville très vivante avec ses festivals, ses joutes, ses expo et aussi toutes ses animations nautiques.... comme par exemple louer un bateau pour découvrir les canaux....Au plaisir de vous accueillir de nouveau !!!!

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Sehr schöne Wohnung in toller, zentraler Lage. Ca. 200 m bis zum Strand/Strandpromenade mit Restaurants und Eisdielen. Sehr ruhige Lage und dennoch nah zu Bushaltestellen z. B. Richtung Zentrum von Sète. Supermarkt und Bäcker in der Nähe. Unser Auto konnte in der Tiefgarage parken. Pool sehr schön und gepflegt. In der Wohnung fehlte es an nichts. Sehr gute Ausstattung mit tollem Grill. Die Übergabe mit dem Vermieter hat super geklappt und war sehr gut mit hilfreicher Orts-und Wohnungsbeschreibung. Zur Begrüßung fanden wir einen sehr leckeren, gekühlten Rosé im Kühlschrank vor. Vielen Dank nochmal. Würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Message en Français de Christian et séjour du 3 au 17 juillet 2022 Très bel appartement dans un super emplacement central. Environ 200 m de la plage/promenade avec restaurants et glaciers. Endroit très calme et pourtant proche des arrêts de bus z. B. Prendre la direction du centre de Sète. Supermarché et boulangerie à proximité. Notre voiture pourrait se garer dans le garage souterrain. Piscine très agréable et bien entretenue. Rien ne manquait dans l'appartement. Très bien équipé avec un super grill. Le transfert avec le propriétaire a très bien fonctionné et était très bon avec un emplacement utile et une description de l'appartement. En guise de bienvenue, nous avons trouvé un rosé très délicieux et frais dans le réfrigérateur. Merci encore Je reviendrais à tout moment. Réponse Propriétaire Bonjour, Nous avons eu plaisir à vous accueillir à SETE ville singulière avec ses festivals ou l'art de vivre sétois créent une relation particulière. Notre appartement est calme même en été. Il est conçu et équipé pour des vacances sans soucis même s'il fait chaud! C'est un vrai plaisir de rejoindre la plage, bars de plages et glaciers à pied à 100 m en remisant la voiture au frais dans le sous/sol. Nous avons apprécié votre attention et nous sommes ravi que vos vacances se soient très bien passées. Nous sommes prêt, si vous le souhaitez, à vous accueillir à nouveaux. Unser Urlaub in Sete

Am Ankunftstag wurden wir von Mme. Agreche freundlich an der Hauseingangstüre empfangen. Mme. Agreche zeigte uns die Wohnung, den Pool und die Tiefgarage im Haus wo wir unser Auto parken konnten. Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und mit allem was man benötigt eingerichtet. Die Klimaanlage war sehr leise und funktionierte gut. Ein leckeres Fläschchen Wein hatte Mme. Agreche für uns im Kühlschrank auch bereit gestellt, ebenso war Mme. Agrech bei Fragen über das Handy (whatsapp) immer ansprechbar - wegen unserer fast nicht vorhandenen Französischkenntnisse mit dem Übersetzungsprogramm aber durchaus machbar. Der Weg zum Strand betrug ungefähr 100 m. Der Strand hatte auch mehrere Strandlokale - Strand und Wasser waren sehr sauber. Alles in allem ein schöner und erholsamer Urlaub in einem schönen Land mit netten Menschen.

Perfekter Urlaub

Wir haben uns in der sehr sauberen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die strandnahe Lage in der ruhigen Wohnstraße war perfekt. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war stets zielführend und angenehm.

Merci à nos hôtes pour leur accueil. Nous avons vraiment profité de notre séjour d’une semaine à SÈTE. L’appartement présente de très belles prestations et est idéalement situé pour qui veut profiter de la plage. A 3 mn à pied d’une plage large de plusieurs Km, aucun besoin de recourir à l’automobile qui peut rester pendant tout le séjour, tranquillement au parking couvert de la résidence. Une belle expérience que nous n’hésiterons pas à renouveler

Sehr schöne strandnahe Wohnung

Sehr gut ausgestattete ruhige und comfortable Wohnung nur 5 Gehminuten vom schönen langgestreckten Strand entfernt, die alles bietet, was man braucht: Gut eingerichtete Küche, bequemes Schlafzimmer mit Stauraum, geräumiges Bad und schöner Balkon Richtung Süden, Liegestühlen und Tiefgarage - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank!!

Tolle Wohnung in Strandnähe

Sehr schöne Wohnung, die super ausgestattet und sehr sauber ist, perfekt für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern. Der feine Sandstrand hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin verlief per Mail komplikationslos und freundschaftlich. Wir haben unseren Urlaub dort sehr genossen und werden unsere Ferien sicher wieder dort verbringen.

Sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung direkt am Strand

Unser typischer Morgen startete auf dem Balkon mit frischem Baguette vom 5 Gehminuten entfernten Bäcker. Zur Mittagszeit machten wir uns oft zum ebenfalls 5 Gehminuten entfernten, schönen Sandstrand auf. Einige Abende ließen wir mit Fischspezialitäten vom Grill ebenfalls auf dem Balkon ausklingen. Für geruhsamen Schlaf sorgte das bequeme Bett mit guter Matratze. Via Messaging und Google Translate konnten wir auch trotz eingerosteter Französischkenntnisse alle Fragen mit Martine schnell und unkompliziert klären. Insgesamt haben wir uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und einen tollen Urlaub in Sète verbracht. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter und kommen gerne wieder.

Superbe séjour dans un appartement parfait.

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans cet appartement récent, propre, spacieux, lumineux et proche de tout!! Nous sommes 4 ( 2 aldutes, 1 enfant, 1 bébé) et nous n'avons manqué de rien : machine à laver, télé, wifi, terrasse avec bbq, cuisine grande et super équipée, literie confortable... Que demander de plus? La plage est à 5 min, la piscine est belle, calme et propre et les propriétaires sont très sympas. On y retournera les yeux fermés. Merci.

APPARTEMENT SUPER AGREABLE

Excellent accueil de la part de la propriétaire, cet appartement correspond exactement à sa description, il est très bien situé et son accès à la mer est idéal lorsque vous avez de petits enfants car pas de voiture à utiliser et un retour rapide à l'appartement si besoin en quelques minutes. Il est également très bien équipé.

belle location moderne

appartement propre dans résidence calme tout confort moderne avec sa terrasse agréable bien situé près de la mer et à 2kms du centre ville très animé aux alentours de nombreuses balades et sites pittoresques à découvrir ravis en tout point de notre séjour. dommage que nous n'avons pas pu rencontrer les propriétaires ! toutefois la personne vue à notre arrivée et à notre départ était très agréable

Comme à la maison !!!

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Très bien situé près de la mer et du centre-ville. Idéal pour faire du vélo car proche de la promenade du Lido relié à la piste cyclable qui fait le tour de l'étang de Thau. Côté appartement rien à redire l'appartement est neuf, spacieux et trés lumineux, la cuisine est bien équipée, avec le salon qui donne sur la terrasse plein sud. Je recommande cette appartement qui est situé a 50m de la plage ce qui est vraiment pratique pour les enfants.
