Sheets & towels not provided, but rental possible.
Charges included (electricity and water), excluding heating.
No cleaning fees billed automatically, because the apartment must be returned in its original state of cleanliness; cleaning package at end of stay on request.

The apartment is located on the first floor on the sea side, and on the ground floor on the entrance side, so without stairs from the parking lot.
Non smoking apartment (allowed in the loggia and on the terrace, of course)
Dogs / cats / others not allowed.

All the necessary shops are on site, less than 200m away: convenience stores, bakery, caterers, pharmacy, grocery store, fishmonger, an excellent tielle manufacturer ... As well as the Post Office, doctors, dentists, osteo, ...
The city center and the port are easily accessible, on foot or by bus, by the seafront promenade (2km). The buses are numerous and serve both the hyper-center and the station (bus n ° 3 direct).
The welcome on site is personalized because we live nearby.
You will be given all the advice you need: good restaurants, with very good addresses nearby, and advice to avoid traps! Booklet available in the studio.
