Perfect Villa for a Family Holiday.

Villa is exactly as described, very spacious, clean & well maintained with all facilities required. Quiet location but beaches of Sa Coma & Cala Millor are only 10mins drive away – transport essential for this Villa. Host Vicente was keen to ensure we saw the best of Mallorca. He provided lots of information on best places to visit, restaurants, markets etc. He was also quick to respond if we had any question or issues with the Villa. We visited as a family of 10 consisting of 6 adults and 4 children ages 8 to 14. The children made good use of the lovely well maintained swimming pool plus other facilities available whilst there were lots of quiet areas for the adults to chill out. We had not been to this area of Mallorca before and felt Casa Marcos was a great find. I would fully recommend this Villa.

Wunderschöne Finca in (fast) optimaler Lage

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Vicente klappte einwandfrei, wir konnten sogar früher einchecken, als ursprünglich vorgegeben. Er hat uns dann den gesamten weiteren Urlaub mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden. Die Finca hat ein schöne Lage, sie liegt direkt am "grünen Weg" einem Wander- und Fahrradweg quer durch die Region, und die wenigen Nachbarn, die man hat, hört man nicht und es wurde sich auch nie über unsere Lautstärke beschwert. Das einzige, was anzumerken ist, ist dass einige Kilometer entfernt eine Anlage fürs Tontauben-Schießen ist, die man bei der Finca noch in moderater Lautstärke hören kann. Diese ist vormittags und nachmittags (außer montags und dienstags) in Betrieb, man hört die Schüsse aber irgendwann nicht mehr, da sie aufgrund der Entfernung ohnehin nicht laut sind. Morgens, in der Mittagszeit und abends ist natürlich Ruhe. Die Ausstattung der Finca ist im älteren Landhausstil und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Insbesondere die Küche und die Waschküche waren gut ausgestattet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Da wir in der Hauptsaison gereist sind, haben wir allerdings die meiste Zeit draußen verbracht. Dort gibt es mehrere schöne Sitzgelegenheiten, unter anderem auch zwei große Tafeln, um mit größeren Gruppen zu essen. Das Highlight war natürlich der Pool, Vicente war ein Mal unter der Woche da, um die Wasserqualität zu kontrollieren und die war stets wirklich gut. Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme ausreichend vorhanden. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Schönes Haus mit sehr schönem Pool

Das Haus selbst ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen und bietet eine angenehme Unterkunft. Besonders beeindruckend war der tolle und saubere Pool, der uns viel Freude bereitet hat. Die Villa war gut ausgestattet und wir hatten alle notwendigen Annehmlichkeiten für unseren Aufenthalt. Die Klimaanlagen in der Villa funktionierten einwandfrei und sorgten für angenehme Raumtemperaturen, was besonders in den heißen Sommertagen sehr wichtig war.

Lovely

Vi hade en fantastisk vecka i detta vackra hus! Fina och bekväma sovrum med bra aircondition, fräscha toaletter och välutrustat kök. Allt var rent och fint. Stora ytor både ute och inne. Många bra sittplatser utomhus. Härlig pool med solosångar och parasoller. Och så kul med både basketkorg och pingisbord. Här trivdes alla elva personer i sällskapet, från 13- 50 år. Värden var snabb på att svara och väldigt hjälpsam och trevlig på alla sätt! Hit kommer vi gärna tillbaka, rekommenderas!

Verblijf in Villa Marcos

We hebben wederom een fantastische tijd gehad in Villa Marcos. Alles is aanwezig en het is schoon, netjes en aan alles is gedacht. De eigenaar is zeer behulpzaam en zorgt ervoor dat je een fijne vakantie hebt. Of het nu om hulp voor excursies is of voor aanbevelingen voor een restaurant. Niks is te veel. Ook wordt het zwembad om de paar dagen netjes bijgehouden en brengt de gastheer regelmatig een Mallorcaanse verassing mee. Erg attent. Echt een aanrader.

Super große Finca mit tollem Vermieter

Wir waren mit 11 Personen in der Villa Marcos und sind überglücklich gewesen über den kompletten Zeitraum. Vom Check in bis check out wurde service ganz groß geschrieben. Alles war sauber, alles hat funktioniert und der Vermieter hat uns bei allem unterstützt. Wir würden hier immer wieder herkommen und Urlaub machen. Definitiv Empfehlungswert

Wunderschöne Villa

Eine Wunderschöne Villa, in einer sehr ruhigen und schönen Umgebung. Der Aussenbereich lässt keine Wünsche offen. BBQ Möglichkeiten sowie das Essen draußen an dem riesigen Steintisch ist einfach traumhaft. Nicht zu vergessen ist der große Pool der ausreichend Platz bietet. Aber auch der Innenbereich ist sehr schön, sauber und gepflegt und bietet ebenfalls sehr viel Platz. Der Gastgeber Vicente, ist sehr freundlich und macht alles möglich um den Urlaub unvergessen zu machen. Einfach nur Top!!!!!

Magnifique Villa avec grande piscine, proche de la plage

La villa est très bien entretenue, spacieuse et bien équipée. Au calme, nous avons pu apprécier sa grande piscine et la proximité à la plage. Vicente est un hôte exceptionnel, attentionné et très agréable, il connaît bien l'île et nous a conseillé sur des visites, balades, plages, restaurants, marché, gastronomie... Einfach nur Traumhaft!

Die Unterkuft Villa Marcos ist meiner Meinung nach, aufgrund der ruhigen Lage der perfekte Ort um zu entspannen. Der Außenbereich ist super schön, Essen an der großen Tafel, ob es das Frrühstück oder ein BBQ ist, einfach nur Traumhaft. Der Pool ist riesig und wird gründlich vom Vermieter gereinigt. Man hat vor Ort mehr als genug Platz, Zimmer sind Sauber, Küche ist gut ausgestattet, es gibt einen großen Kühlschrank und einen großen Gefrierschrank. Vicente Marcos ist ein überragender Host, die korrrespondenz verlief super, er ist sehr nett und hilft gerne bei Fragen oder Anregungen, welche Orte in der Nähe schön sind. Der Finca Urlaub war super schön und gerade in der Krise empfehlenswert, da man so gut wie keinen Kontakt zu anderen Menschen haben muss. Immer wieder gerne ! Lg Fabian
