This 3 bedroom end unit is a gem. Complete new kitchen cabinets with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. 2 renovated bathrooms. New furnishings. New Ceramic tile floors with area rugs throughout. Master suite faces the beach path and also the pool. 1st bedroom has 2 double beds. 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and a trundle bed. Master Bedroom includes queen bed and pull out full size couch. Outdoor Heated pool opens Memorial Day weekend for weekends only and daily starting the 3rd weekend in June thru Labor Day.

Kitchen fully stocked. Washer and dryer in unit. Minutes from Atlantic City for great restaurants and entertainment! Condo includes 6 beach passes, 6 pool passes and 4 beach chairs.

Great condo for our family vacation! We were right by the pool and the beach path. We enjoyed the little balcony for coffee in the AM or a drink at night. We love Brigantine and would come back to this condo!

This is our 2nd year at the condo, and we’re just as happy as last year! The rooms are comfortable, very clean, and set up nicely. The pools and beach are easily accessible via the back entrance. The owners are easy to connect with, leave the space ready to enjoy, and are very kind! We especially like the 2 pools and 1st floor accommodations. I travel with my semi-handicapped mom and the condo is very accessible for her! That makes the trip easy and enjoyable! Thanks for another great vacation!

There are some things potential renters need to be aware of before renting this property. There is no actual direct access to the beach via the condo itself. You have to walk through a hallway to get to an exterior door. That dark, dingy, and musty hallway that you have to walk through also smells horribly of smoke both cigarettes smoke and other types of smoke. If you are sensitive to these smells as several people in our party were you will struggle with this rental as the smoke smell seeps into the condo unit daily. Additionally in the master bedroom there was an ant problem that we discovered 2 days in. So while the condo was for the most part clean, there were some issues with its overall cleanliness in bathrooms and other areas. The beds were comfortable.

Hello We have contacted the building association with a complaint of the smoke smell in the hallways. We do not allow smoking in the condo. There is a door next to the condo walk out that door and through the dunes and you are at the beach(property is considered beach front but we are protected by the dunes). Thank you for letting us know about the tiny ants we will tend to them immediately.

Owners were so responsive and their home was clean and so comfortable! We loved the easy access to the beach and pool! It was also very accessible for my mom who is 75 and semi- disabled. It was a “ just like home” experience and we hope to return!

Fantastic stay. Kids and adults loved it. The only downside was the walk through dunes to the beach was a bit long for grandparents. But the pool and neighborhood was very enjoyable. The rental and host were top tier. We would love to stay here again.

Excellent Stay in Brigantine

Condo was exactly as described - larger than appears in pictures - nicely decorated and clean. Owner Laurie was very helpful and responsive - instructions for stay were clear and organized, she even gave us recommendations for dining and activities, all of which were excellent. We highly recommend renting from this owner.
