We had a wonderful stay at Paseo Colon. The apartment was located right across the street from the Marina. Everything was in walking distance but getting a cab was also fairly easy when needed. The view from the patio was so nice. The apartment also has an elevator that was very helpful as we were traveling with elderly parents. Communication was great and we would highly recommend as we were visiting our daughter who is studying abroad.

Amazing place in an absolute perfect location. Across from marina with tons of restaurants and the Gotic area behind has shopping and restaurants galore. No more than a 15min walk or cab ride to all of the major sites. Communications were great with lots of recommendations. Would stay again for sure.

We visited Barcelona for the first time with our two sons and their wives. The apartment was in the perfect location for us and the accommodations were exactly what we were looking for. Great apartment, perfect location for walking around the city. Very easy check in, David and Manuel quickly answered my questions, even suggesting a great and safe parking garage 1 block away. Although the apartment is on a Main Street, it’s very quiet. We enjoyed the fireworks from the living room during La Merce, an extra bonus for our visit. Listing and photos are accurate. We would stay here again.

Gem in Barcelona

This was a great space for me, my husband and our 2 adult daughters. We had enough room to spread out and having 3 bathrooms was great. The balcony was a great place to sit with a glass of wine and watch all the action down below. The location is fantastic. Easy to walk to many restaurants, stores, coffee shops and beaches.

Excellent rental in Barcelona
