Ses Rotetes: Charming Rural villa next to the beach

Located in Porto Cristo, this eco farm is just a 10-minute drive from the beach, Finca Ses Rotetes features 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms.

This charming, fully furnished property is set around a very nicely landscaped Mediterranean garden with a large patio in the shade of a 150 year old oak tree, perfect for entertaining during the height of summer.

It also boasts a large swimming pool with sun loungers, straw umbrellas and a large barbecue area.

On the ground floor, this traditional Majorcan stone built villa offers a spacious apartment for 6 people including 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is adapted for disabled guests, with a very big kitchen with dining area and a comfortable living room with a sofa bed.

The first floor has five double bedrooms and five bathrooms (four en-suite), a fully equipped kitchen, a very large dining area with a beautiful fireplace, and a small salon.

For tennis players, the villa has its own tennis court. Tennis rackets and balls are available on site.

For your comfort, this Finca has Free WiFi and comes with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Surrounded by nature this enchanting property is just for nature loves who respect the environment and want to enjoy a nice holidays respecting the surrounding. We have animals like chickens, ducks, dog and soon a horse and a fruit garden. Everyday we are getting bigger in souls and love and we are making the most of us to transform this old farm into a place where to enjoy your holidays more conscious with nature. We don't mind if you want to play some music and have a little party with the members of your group always respecting the grounds and the environment.

Amazing villa!

We loved this secluded villa so much. The outdoor spaces were excellent for dining and relaxing. The pool was lovely and we enjoyed the table tennis, tennis court and beautiful giant oak tree. The nature on the property was wonderful to observe and the host was friendly and helpful. The beach is walking distance away.

Unbelievable House and Property

This house was the perfect place to spend my 30th birthday. It easily slept 21 guests and everybody was blown away by the property. Carol was a great host and accommodated me through every step of the way. I would definitely recommend this to any individual coming to Mallorca.

Excellent for families!

We were very pleased with our stay at Ses Rotetes. We had everything we wanted and more! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchens were very well equipped. The pool was fantastic. There were plenty of beaches nearby to choose from. Porto Cristo is only a short drive away. The Finca was full of character and Carol and her sisters prepared 3 delicious meals during our stay. The wild tortoises were also another highlight of our holiday!

Lovely stay and helpful owner

We are family of 20 people that visited this lovely Finca. We had an absolutely lovely stay. We enjoyed the house, the fantastic pool and the tennis court were used even late evenings do to the light that could be turned on. The outside grill area was used to cook for the entire family and the long table outside and under beautiful mable three was great for gathering the family. I can only recommend this place. Our host Carol was very helpful and did everything she could to make this a great stay. The only thing that could be better was the kitchen. It could need an upgrade both in terms of layout to cook for many people and with equipment.

Gemütliche große Finca

Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Carol war sehr nett und half uns, wenn wir was brauchten. Wir waren 17 Personen und alle Zimmer waren belegt. Der Pool war ein Traum. Der Garten war sehr groß und natürlich. Schildkröten liefen frei herum. Geschirr war genügend vorhanden. Der Tisch im Freien war groß genug für uns alle. Es war ein toller Urlaub.

Tennistrainingslager

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt vor Ort und die Gastfreundschaft von Carol war ebenfalls super. Wir haben uns eine Woche lang sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten unser Trainingslager mit Tennis, Tischtennis und Betanque erweitern. Es hat einfach grossen Spass gemacht. Carol and het sister are the owners of this beautiful Finca and both ready to help when necessary , they cooked for us 3 nights very relaxing . The rooms upstairs are great downstairs rather small, unfortunately I found out on our last day there was a bigger room/apartment which you had to enter at a other entrance around the corner of the house it was unknown to me, I would have liked to know this in advance. We were with 13 people and had a great time beautiful beaches nearby and Porto Christo is a small nice friendly town. We had a great time at Ses Rotetes 🍀 tip skip the caves.......😏thanks Carol🍀

Great House for 3 families

We had a great stay. Very Nice House and close to The Ocean. Very helpfull host! One minor issue, there was a lot of flying bugs under The big three outside The House. We just sat somewhere else, but hard to have dinner under the three. I would return and stay again

Die perfekte Finca für einen schönen Urlaub

Wir waren für 5 Tage in der Finca Ses Rotetes und waren mehr als begeistert. Mit 13 Personen hat man sehr viel Platz und Möglichkeiten zusammen an einem Tisch zu essen und die Zeit zu genießen. Der Pool ist riesig und der Tennisplatz war ebenfalls eine super Beschäftigung. Check In und Check Out liefen problemlos und die Vermieter waren sehr flexibel. Die Finca eignet sich ideal für einen stressfreien Gruppenurlaub. Wir kommen gerne nächstes Jahr wieder.

I was looking for a place to stay with family and friends - where we could be together, have time for ourselves, be active (bike, swim, play tennis...), barbecue, etc and found excately what I was looking for. Perfect retreat close to the beach and city

Very lovely finca with plenty of space. We loved all the different terraces. You could choose accordingly to what kind of food you were preparing. One terrace was next to the grill. The pool area was fine . ( new sunbeds would be great though.) Perfect for large groups of people. We would like to come back again.

Huset er en “ældre gård, masser af plads, mange værelser og badeværelser, dejlig have. Perfekt til flere familier på én gang. Udlejeren Carol er meget venlig og imødekommende. Der er have- og poolservice flere gange om ugen. Flere terrasser, dejligt område foran huset til fællesskab. Store køkkener, men de kunne dog bruge lidt mere udstyr, eksempelvis en stor stegegryde, hvis man ønsker at lave meget mad selv/mad til mange eller i alle køkkenerne på én gang. I småtingsafdelingen er følgende: Et nyt bordtennisbord ville være ønskeligt.

Tolle Finca, alles was man brsucht

Charmante Finca

Die Finca befindet sich 2 km vom Strand entfernt! Ein Auto wäre empfehlenswert. Die Lange ist, wie bereits erwähnt mit Auto, super. Die Finca befindet sich In der nähe von Porto Christo, ein kleines und charmantes Hafen- und Fischereistädtchen im Osten Mallorcas. Die 150 Jahre alte Finca hat ein mallorquinischen Charakter. Wir hatten einen Familientreffen mit 23 Personen. Es war wie gemacht für uns. Carol ist eine super nette und hilfsbereite Gasgeberin. Sie ist immer erreichbar und macht alles möglich. Alles ist in der Finca vorhanden. Es fehlt an nichts. Es gibt so ein paar Sachen, die man vielleicht durch neue ersetzen sollte wie die Liegestühlen am Pool oder die Kissenbezüge der Gartenstühle usw. Im Großen und Ganzen hatten wir eine unvergessliche Zeit. Danke Carol, dass Du uns das ermöglicht hast!
