CAER MOEL, family friendly, character holiday cottage in Caernarfon

Please note:This property only accepts week long bookings beginning on a Friday between 1st of April to 31st of October. This superb semi-detached farmhouse is situated on the owners' farm, close to Caernarfon and sleeps eight people in four bedrooms.

Caer Moel is a delightful semi-detached farmhouse situated on the owners' working livestock farm, three miles from Caernarfon. This farmhouse sleeps eight people in four bedrooms, consisting of one ground floor zip/link super king-size double with en-suite shower, a king-size double, a double and a twin, together with a bathroom. The cottage also has a kitchen with dining area, a sitting room with a electric woodburner-effect stove and a mezzanine landing area. Outside there's off road parking for three cars and courtyard and patio areas with furniture. Caer Moel is a wonderful base for exploring this part of North Wales. Note: Children must be supervised when on the mezzanine landing area. Note: There are three steps up to the front door. Note: The property will be decorated for Christmas and New Year. Note: No Stag and Hen Parties. Note: Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Please note: there are no car charging facilities at the property, but car charging via an extension lead is permitted at a cost of £10 per charge payable directly to the owner. Please note: This property accepts week-long bookings starting on a Friday only between 1 April and 31 October each year. Outside of these dates, a minimum stay of three nights applies.

This house is beautiful. Clean, beautifully decorated and so comfortable. A brilliant base for all the family of all ages to enjoy time at zip world. Lovely host. An excellent stay all round
