Historic sheepfold of the late 800 immersed in the finely restored Stintinese countryside a few steps from the rocky shores of "mare di fuori". Ideal base for your excursions with over 50 km of easily accessible cycle paths and for your dives in the fishy and pristine coves of the North-West coast. Located 1800 meters of dirt road from the provincial road, away from the confusion of the village and the more crowded subdivisions, it still allows you to reach the village of Stintino and the renowned beaches of Saline and Pelosa in a few minutes by car. The 200 meters of our sheepfold represent the ideal solution for your holiday whether you are a small family or a group of 8/10 people. To spend your evenings with friends, you will be spoiled for choice between the large living room with fireplace, the comfortable kitchen with the old wood-burning oven and the intimate room with TV; 2 bathrooms with shower and the 4 bedrooms complete the internal structure. Olive trees and junipers surround the sheepfold and furnish the large outdoor areas where you can relax after returning from your excursions while waiting to roast in the comfortable outdoor barbecue.

Ein traumhafter Ort

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen, das Haus mit seinem großen Außengelände bietet absolute Ruhe in einer tollen Umgebung. Wanderungen sind direkt ab dem Haus möglich, die Wege zu den Stränden sind überschaubar, wobei wir uns hierfür eher Richtung Süden orientiert haben, da uns Stintino / La Pelosa auch im Mai zu überlaufen war. Im Haus ist ausreichend Platz (auch für zwei Familien) und es gibt alles, was man braucht. WLAN gibt es nicht, aber auch das trägt zur Erholung bei. Danke an Tonino und Mariella für den unkomplizierten und netten Empfang.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle maison située au calme. Le propriétaire Tonino a tout fait pour nous rendre le séjour agréable. Sa disponibilité est remarquable. La maison et son jardin clôturé et ombragé en partie sont absolument conformes au descriptif de l'annonce. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Non é la solita casa vacanze con stoviglie e mobilio dozzinali ma un bellissimo rustico, perfettamente attrezzato e arredato con gusto dai proprietari. Posizione tranquillissima e silenziosa, dalla quale è possibile partire per esplorare a piedi la costa selvaggia e rocciosa a ovest (passeggiate con paesaggi eccezionali) ma anche rilassarsi sulla bella e comoda spiaggia di Ezzi Mannu raggiungibile in macchina in pochi minuti. Tonino e la sua famiglia sono ospiti premurosi, disponibili e discreti.

Il punto di forza è la sua posizione

Situato in posizione isolata, ottimo per amici o famiglie che vogliano godere dello spazio esterno per cene sotto le stelle dopo una giornata al mare in spiaggie per tutti i gusti ( sabbia, scoglio, isolata, affollata ). Da non perdere l'escursione all'Asinara, la Pelosa per gli amanti del sovraffollamento ed una puntata ad Alghero. Camere confortevoli, ottimo i doppi fuochi in cucina, bagni un po' sacrificati, attenzione ai gradini.

Location propre, spacieuse, isolée parfaitement equipée.

La location correspond tout à fait aux photos de l'annonce, elle semble plus grande dans la réalité. Nous avons passé une semaine parfaite dans cette location. Si vous recherchez du calme, du repos à quelques kilometres de très jolies plages, cette location peut vous convenir. Tonino est très attentif au bien être de ces hôtes. Il nous a même acheté en cours de séjour un salon d'extérieur voyant qu'on passait du temps dehors. Grande maison ancienne renovée et meublée sobrement mais avec goût . Il y a 4 chambres dont une très grande. Nous étions deux familles avec enfants et il y a de la place pour tout le monde. Il faut absolument être véhiculés car c'est une maison isolée à 15min de stintino. Les plages proches à pieds ne sont pas praticables avec des enfants, nous avons juste regardé de loin, c'est très escarpé pour accéder à l'eau. Il y a tout le necessaire pour séjourner sereinement. Je recommande vivement aux amoureux du calme et de la simplicité cette location! Merci à Tonino!

Abbiamo trascorso un rilassantissimo soggiorno in questa casa di campagna spaziosissima e ben attrezzata. Adatta per amanti della natura, del silenzio e per chi ama muoversi alla scoperta delle cale più selvagge e belle. Dalla casa ci vogliono 25 minuti per raggiungere le spiagge di Stintino e altrettanti per le stupende cale del mare di fuori. Il propietario, Tonino, è stato disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta. Sicuramente una vacanza che ripeteremmo domani

Beautiful house in a great corner of Sardinia

House more expansive than photos suggest, well equipped and beautifully converted. The owners were really helpful and relaxed. Many beautiful wild and not so wild beaches to discover close by, genuinely rural and dramatic landscape. Completely recommend.
