Set in 3 hectares of preserved ‘macchia mediterranea’ and a small vineyard and a stone’s throw from the nearest beach at Porto Palmas, the house features a large veranda overlooking the sea, perfect for outdoor dining and long, lazy afternoon naps, and an open kitchen and lounge. The house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms and sleeps comfortably 8 people.

The nearby village of Palmadula provides all basic services including grocery shops, a pharmacy, a post office and a take away pizzeria. The hamlet of Argentiera, with its old mining facilities of historical interest, offers simple beach bars and a restaurant. The house is some 30 minutes drive from the beautiful town of Alghero, known for its Catalan history and architecture, which hosts an array of restaurants and shops. The city of Sassari is approximately 40 min away by car while both the port city of Porto Torres as well as the famous Stintino and its white sandy beaches are less than 30 minutes away. Coming from outside Sardinia, the property can be most easily reached by ferry via Porto Torres or by flight via the Alghero-Sassari airport. It can also be reached via Olbia, in the northeast of Sardinia, which is approximately one and a half hour away.
