"Apartment Ljilja " is name of my property.

My property is in the center position the city of Dubrovnik,just five minutes by bus till Old town..
This a new flat in the family house is located in the port of Dubrovnik, just in "Residential garden of renaissance villa Gundulich". This 52m2 apartment there is on the ground floor of the private house and consists:
- 2 bedrooms (double bed )
- 2 bathrooms
- living room with single bed
- kitchen
In front of apartment there is terrace and garden with beautiful view on renaissance villa Gundulich and whole marina of Gruž.
My property is very close to all major marine and the bus stations.
- ferryboat pier and passenger harbour are 5 minutes walking distance from apartment ,
- main bus station is 10 mins walking distance,
- main market, fish market and supermarket are 100 meters away,
-banks,cafe bars are restaurants are in the my vicinity
