Casona in the best part of Andrin, quiet and typical Asturian town located between the sea and the mountain just 800 meters from one of the most beautiful beaches in the north. House of solid wood and stone, first quality and newly renovated, distributed on three floors: the ground floor consists of large kitchen-dining room and pantry, living room with fireplace, porch with terrace and toilet. In the first two bedrooms each with its bathroom, one of them with living room and gazebo. On the second floor, attic, there is another double room, a bathroom and a large room that you can use as a living room, bedroom or playroom for children as there is a bed and two sofas that convert into a double bed. The house is 4 km from Llanes with many places to eat and walk and 1km from a municipal golf course on the sea.
