La Casa di Ray - ACERO Apartment

The apartments available to our guests are in an old stone farmhouse from the end of the 18th century overlooking the lake, surrounded by greenery and with a private swimming pool, in a very quiet central and panoramic position, excellent for admiring enchanting sunsets over the lake. Historic center of Passignano sul Trasimeno, restaurants, bars and supermarkets within walking distance. Lake Trasimeno and boarding for the islands at 500 meters, railway station at 700 meters. Animals are welcome.

This is one of our favourite rentals ever!Beautiful place with great furnishings, fully equipped and comfortable. The swimming pool and view over the lake were amazing. And our host Ray, was so lovely and helpful. Highly recommend!

Lovely self contained private annex with amazing views over the lake. An easy 5 minute walk into town with lovely restaurants and cafes to choose from. Ray is the owner and is onsite to help and advise if needed but the accomodation is private. The infinity pool is lovely with views down over the lake too. We would thoroughly recommend for couple and it’s not easy to find such a place with such easy walking access to the town

CASA DI Ray is a slice of heaven

We fell in love with the stunning view, the tremendous hospitality of our host and the beauty of the property, perched on a hilltop above the lakeside town. There are wonderful restaurants in the village, but the best was cooking ourselves in a well appointed kitchen and eating on the terrace overlooking the infinity pool. The bed was comfy and it was actually our best sleep on the whole vacation.
