A fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with double bed and air conditioning. The second bedroom has a double bed.

In the lower part of the villa and at street level, we find two independent rooms, one with a double bed, ceiling fan and a bathroom with bathtub and shower and a washing machine room. and a second independent room with a small living room, an auxiliary kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds and an en suite bathroom with bathtub.
