My family and I were in Sapphire Valley for my nieces wedding. My husband, myself and 4 children (3 of them grown) all stayed in the cabin very comfortably. Our favorite part was sitting on the upstairs back porch in the evening. It was so peaceful and we had the best family time. The cabin was very convenient to everything we needed in Cashiers and it was just a short drive to Highlands where we had lunch and shopped. Bill was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond if I had any questions. We will definitely be back!!

Love love love this place! Been here for multiple stays and it’s amazing. Great location and gorgeous home!! Renovated master bath is a dream. So perfect for family vacation! We can’t say enough Great things about the home and owner.

Wedding Visit

Visited Cashier/Sapphire for a family wedding. Stayed at Bill's lovely property for a long weekend. Property was perfect in every way - location, amenities, cleanliness, etc.. Bill was super supportive both before and during our stay. Will stay here again.

Spectacular cabin nestled in the woods

A lovely place, beautiful cabin, tastefully furnished, cozy and comfortable, surrounded by woods. It provided a perfect getaway for our family. Especially enjoyed time in the swing and rocking chairs on the balcony looking out into the greenery. We will definitely plan to come back in future years. Highly recommend.

This cabin was so well appointed and decorated so beautifully. Extremely cozy and comfortable. Location was central to Cashiers, Highlands, & Lake Toxaway. An hour from the Asheville Airport. Bill has thought of everything that is needed for a long term stay. On a very quiet and peaceful cul de sac with deer meandering in the woods behind the cabin. Access to amenities at Sapphire Valley is a plus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!

We have been coming to Cashiers for a very long time and always stayed in different cabins… this was by far the best cabin ever! I loved everything about it. It was so cozy. The beds are out if this word comfy! The cabin had everything we needed. Very well stocked. We came in on thanksgiving night and they had music playing for us. The music setup was super cool! I love how the cabin is decorated! And it’s so easy to get to that’s in a gated community that’s so close to all the fun! We will definitely be staying in this cabin again!

Great place to spend time with family!

We enjoyed our stay at the Sweet bay cabin! The beds are extremely comfortable! Please send me brand of bedding!!! Would definitely stay again!! We did have on person who has mobility issues with a walker and you should speak with host prior to booking to make sure it right for you if you have mobility concerns.

Weekend Stay in Sapphire

We had a lovely weekend in Sapphire and Cashiers. The host gave us lots of good suggestions on what to do and where to eat. Also, the host gave us detailed updates on the situation after the hurricane. The cabin was comfortable and had everything we needed.

Best of both worlds.

Although the cabin is located in a residential neighborhood, which gives you access to the amenities (Golf, pickle ball, pool, etc.), it doesn’t feel like it. Once you are at the cabin, you feel very secluded. The cabin is beautiful. We can’t wait to go back.

We enjoyed staying at the cabin for the week of Thanksgiving. The cabin was beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and in a very convient location. The amenities at the club were amazing, and it was very family friendly. We have already recommended the cabin to several of our friends. Our stay could not have been any more perfect. Sweetbay Cabin will exceed your expectations!

Golf / fall adventure

We had a wonderful time! The cabin was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. We had a lovely fire in the fireplace. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer and enjoy all the amenities. We will be back!!!
