A Wonderful Retreat

This is a great property! Well appointed and decorated, and the view of the lake is wonderful! Great location near Sapphire, Cashiers, and all the hiking (and Waterfalls!) the area is known for. Beds were comfortable, kitchen very well stocked, and the owner is responsive, and really wants you to have a nice time. Highly recommend!

Great views!

Comfortable, stylish furniture with a gourmet appointed kitchen and museums quality fish prints on the dining room wall. Short drive to Fairfield Lake to soak up some sun and take a swim from the floating dock. The location is just 8 minutes from the local grocery store and a mere few additional minutes from restaurants and shopping.

Tracy's condo was terrific. The view of Lake Fairfield was picturesque and serene. The kitchen was well stocked. Tracy was very responsive with questions. We liked Tracy's condo so much that we rented it again in 2024.

This Home is stunning. Inside nothing is lacking. Tastefully decorated, giving it an intimate feel. Perfect for a Couple or 2. The Views from both Decks are fabulous with comfortable Deck Furniture. Beautiful Sunrises..peaceful and serene!! Loved every minute of our stay!! Our Host, Tracy, answered all our Questions we had prior to our arrival and was always accessible!!

Tracy’s Home was immaculate..the View from both Decks absolutely serene in all kinds of light. The Kitchen had everything possible available for cooking delectable Meals. Therefore we stayed mostly in. Being familiar with the Area, we had done lots of exploring and hiking in previous Years..This was for total R&R. All furnishings were most comfortable. Lakeside Gem

We loved everything about our stay in this property on Fairfield lake. The unit had been remodeled and was bright, clean and very well organized. The master bedroom was spacious and luxurious, and the additional twin room was super cozy and welcoming to a few guests who came for brief visits during our month-long stay. It would also be perfect for a family. The views of Fairfield Lake from the balconies off the living area and bedrooms stole the show. It was such a peaceful way to start and end a day of outdoor activities in the area. Sapphire Valley is packed with stunning mountains, creeks and waterfalls, and this property is centrally located to enjoy trails, golf or other excursions around Brevard, Toxaway, Sapphire, Cashiers and Highlands. The owner could not have been more accommodating and friendly, and we hope to return again soon.

Veterans weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful time at this very beautiful home. Our first day we hunkered down in the rain as Tropical Storm Nicole rolled thru but had a very relaxing day. The condo is very close to some very nice restaurants. The Library Restaurant & Bar was a hit. Saturday was beautiful and we went hiking to visit 3 waterfalls all very close. The home has everything. It is one of the best appointed rentals we’ve stayed. The communication was spot on. I highly recommend this beautiful home over looking the lake. We had a blast. Thank you Tracy for sharing your lovely space.

What a great place- relaxing , comfy beds and well stocked kitchen for cooking and lovely decor. The view of the lake was stunning. Great location to Ingles grocery and many restaurants. Nice hiking trail by the lake was a plus. If you plan to visit Cashiers, a must stay.

Wonderful spot to be close to everything but feel like a world away

This home was so great. We were close to all the hikes and restaurants but felt like we were secluded at the same time. Home had everything you needed for meals at home. I would stay here again. The only thing I would change is easier access to the kayaks. They were a lovely addition to the property but was quite the workout to get them up and down the steep incline to use. I would have used them everyday had they been easier to get down to the water but we loved using them! Totally recommend this property!!

LAKESIDE RETREAT

We thoroughly enjoyed this High-End Sapphire Retreat for our 31st Anniversary trip. This end-unit Townhouse is decorated in a modern & sophisticated style and is well-equipped to allow you to feel perfectly at-home. We loved sitting on the deck for breakfast, enjoying the lake view and peace & quiet! We fished from the shoreline and walked the path along the lake in the afternoons, and relaxed in the comfortable Great Room, watching TV in the evenings. The central location is a convenient base for golf outings and trips into Cashiers and Highlands. We would definitely stay here again the next time we're in the area!
