The host was very attentive to any situation we had and acted to resolve it promptly. The kids loved the pickleball court. It was nice to have room to sit everyone at the table.

The home was beautiful and the property was amazing. So many great trails and the views are beyond description. It was the perfect place for a girls getaway. The home was will stocked with most everything we needed. Unfortunately it was very windy so no fire at the pit but the area around the pond was beautiful. Home is secluded but also close to things we wanted to do. The ping pong and pickle ball were fun. Home was perfect for our group of 7 women. We will definitely return. Thank you for sharing your paradise.

The property was beautiful and mowed paths made exploring it all the better. The hosts were fantastic. Anything you could possibly need in the kitchen is already there, bring your favorite spices for dishes because they are limited on spices. My favorite place to have morning coffee was on the back upper deck, looking over the pond and watch the sun come up. Plenty of room for everyone inside with room to spare.

A group of the six of us get together every year for a "sibling get-together". Buck's Run was the best rental home we've ever stayed in. The location is perfect...quiet, secluded. The trails on the property are lovely and also well-maintained. We went for little hikes every day. Sitting on the bench down at the dock was so serene and peaceful.The home itself was immaculate when we arrived.... by far the cleanest I've ever stayed in. The home is decorated with art and beautiful needlepoints and crafts.The ping pong table room got used by our group every day.The kitchen has a very large refrigerator (plenty big for the 6 of us staying there). There wasn't a kitchen gadget we needed that wasn't available. Plenty of dishware, glasses, mugs, bowls, pots, pans, etc.Ray and Melanie were very responsive when we had a few questions during our stay.There are lots of "small" amenities that make a big difference.... very soft towels, a box of tissues in every room, etc.We'd definitely stay there again!

Buck Run is fantastic property! The house was large enough for our family of 10 but had a very cozy atmosphere. The house was spotless when we arrived and is well cared for. The listing with pics is exactly as described. The outside of the property is also great! We walked the trails, played pickleball on the beautiful court almost every evening, and fished in the pond. Our 4 grandchildren had a wonderful time! Communication with the hosts Melanie and Ray was seamless. I would highly recommend Buck Run for all ages! We had a great time!

This was the perfect place for 3 families and a dog to retreat to. The location and cabin are beautiful with so much for the kids to do in/outside. There are many accomodations friendly for pets and kids of all ages. Close to friends and a wonderful Maple syrup experience, Ray and Melanie's cabin was exactly what we needed.

We were blown away by this place. From the cleanliness of the entire cabin, to the amount of necessity’s they have waiting for you upon arrival. We loved the outdoor fire pit one night and had a fire in the fireplace the next! Gorgeous property to walk trails and waking up and having coffee on the front deck was simply amazing. Cabin stayed very warm, had lots of entertainment for kids, and all around very relaxing time for the adults! We will definitely be coming back again!

An amazing property! The house is in great condition and very clean. The hosts were extremely pleasant and responsive. The grounds are well maintained and the surrounding area is beautiful. The kids had a blast fishing in the pond, and the pickleball court was a hit with the whole family. The outdoor fire pit situated directly above the pond is serene, and the indoor fireplace burns clean. The kitchen and the grill made cooking family meals a breeze and all of the appliances worked perfectly. We only stayed for a long weekend and we were definitely not ready to leave. I would highly recommend this property for a family or couples getaway, you will not leave dissapointed.

This cabin had everything needed and more for a wonderful family getaway! Plenty of kitchenwares for meal prep and a supply of basic seasonings, if needed. Spacious refrigerator with icemaker/water pitcher and large gas stove. The property is beautiful with easy walking trails and a tranquil pond with rowboat. You can relax on the front porch after a game of pickleball or ping pong. This was our second time staying and we look forward to another visit in the future. Highly recommend!

This place was very nice! We stayed here during our son's wedding weekend. We live about 3 1/2 hours from the location and the wedding was in the evening. The property was 3 miles from the venue, so very convenient for us. Since the house is so big, we were able to offer rooms to some family members so that they didn't feel like they needed to leave the reception early to drive hours home that night. We were so busy with wedding "stuff" that we feel like we couldn't fully utilize the property. We would love to come back sometime when we can relax more and more fully appreciate everything that this property offers!

The property is beautiful and was perfectly located for hiking the PA Grand Canyon and Watkins Glen. The hosts were responsive and very easy to communicate with.
