Apartment is beautiful with views of Sagrada Família and a tiny glimpse of ocean and we could see cruise ships at around 7:30pm.It’s about 4 blocks to subway system which you have to use. There is not any parking.Super Market is 6 walking blocks away with lots of pastry shops along the way.I was extremely upset by the graffiti on the building and the outside property description. The apartment is lovely. Everything furnished for your comfort.After learning the area and subway schedule..the apartment was close to everything Barcelona has to offer.

This property is in a great location. The Metro is easy to get around and only 3 blocks away. We were so fortunate to be here during some celebrations that were nearby which included fireworks,! Carmen was great to work with!!!

I read from other reviewers the host is very responsive, but each time when I had questions prior to the trip, Carmen gave me minimum answers. I had to ask her 2 or 3 times such as how much the taxi fare is from the airport to her apartment, or how far her apartment is from the metro station. However on the day of check-in, Carmen was helpful in giving us the rest of the details about her apartment. This is a clean apartment though we had to ask Carmen to remove all of the synthetic air-freshers that were plugged allover the apartment. While airing out the place with windows opened, we let in a few mosquitos which Carmen warned us about. This apartment is located about 7 KM from Barcelona city center and is easily reachable by metro (with Zone 1 fare). The neighborhood felt safer during the day, though we had no issues returning late at night. We were able to make breakfast using cookware and supplies provided in the kitchen. We enjoyed our stay but we will likely look for another area for our next visit of Barcelona.

Very spacious and comfortable, plenty of spots to hang out and relax and we enjoyed having kitchen space. Be very careful in the kitchen as there's a semi invisible ledge that is easy to fall over. I fell on my second morning there and we simply marked it with chairs to remind us to step more carefully. The AC was excellent, and we loved the privacy. Rooftop patio was nice, with great views.

This is an amazing top floor space where families can spread out. It has beautiful views and is outside the city center but very accessible to everything. Carmen was so easy to work with and was very kind to accommodate all of our travel plans. It was wonderful!!
