Studio for 4 (max) on the ski slope in residence with swimming pool in St Gervais

Welcome to the Pearl of the Alps, our mountain area in the charming village of Saint Gervais, located 20 minutes from Chamonix / Megeve. The studio is located in the residence of Clos G'rets, a co-ownership chalet on the slopes and includes a pool. There is a living room / kitchen as well as a cabin with bunk beds. The studio can accommodate up to 4 people. The lounge / kitchen has a luminous glazed door that opens onto a sunny terrace and offers magnificent views of the mountain village. The kitchen has everything you need for a convenient stay - oven, refrigerator, utensils, dishes, coffee machine, fondue machine, etc. You will also find a TV and DVD player and a collection of books and DVDs.

The studio is 10 minutes walk from the village center. The Pearl of the Alps is right on the track leading to the elevator St Gervais-Bettex which allows you to ski to the tele-pheric winter - a pied-a-track! And if you're there in the summer, you (and the kids) will enjoy the outdoor pool. The famous Thermal Park St Gervais, which offers a spa and a range of treatments, is a 10 minute drive. Upon your arrival at the residence, the concierge will give you the keys and will be available if you have any questions during your stay at the Pearl of the Alps.

    Very good after all

    We had a very nice vacation in Saint Gervais les Bains. The studio offers exactly what promises. Quiet, cheap studio for 4, right next to the slopes. For fanatic skiers as our family is, it's just the perfect choice. There are some minor things to improve: the driving directions on Google maps are marked wrong and they drive you in the center of the city; the person in charge speaks no other language than French and cannot explain the driving directions by phone. She knows the street but not the house number. So, in this small place it took more than an hour to discover the place. The weather, the studio and skiing condition made us to forget quickly these troubles. Irecommend to everyone!

    Il manque une lampe, la prise de la lampe de lit n'est pas protégée et est dangereuse. Le logement n'est pas adapté à un séjour sans voiture et est loin de "tout". Les informations fournies pour se rendre à la station supposent que vous connaissiez déjà la station.

    Semaine au ski

    Studio pratique avec une belle vue sur St Gervais. Pied des pistes, oui, si la piste est ouverte ( pas assez de neige pour nous), mais accĂšs facile au tĂ©lĂ©phĂ©rique de St Gervais, domaine skiable 👍. Famille de 4 ( 2 ados) satisfaite. Peut-ĂȘtre faire appel Ă  une femme de mĂ©nage tous les 15 jours, on ne sait jamais aprĂšs qui on passe ! A notre arrivĂ©e, le mĂ©nage Ă©tait fait. Pensez Ă  prendre un tapis de bain 😉

    Le logement est trÚs bien situé ( pres du centre et des acces aux randonnées) la piscine est appreciable .toutefois, le logement est sale : housse de canapé dechiré et coussins tachés. Nous avons retrouvé des capsules de biÚres et des billes . Le robinet n est pas stable et la senseo fuit. Nous avions demandé des draps qui nous ont ete remis tous froissés .en lisa t les commentaires des autres personnes, je vois que nous ne sommes pas les premiers a evoquer ce probleme de propreté

    Appartement trÚs bien situé,adapté pour un couple et enfants,car possibilité de luge aux pieds de la résidence mais...Point négatif,pas trÚs propre à l arrivée (toiles d araignées,traces de café sur la senseo que nous n avons pas utilisé.)et à notre départ nous avons retrouver des chaussettes d anciens locataires sous le matelas...pas terrible

    Propriété idéalement placée pour les randos sur st gervais.

    Propriété conforme à l'annonce et au Photos. Le plus est la piscine chauffée, propre et calme. Pas trÚs loin du mont blanc tout en profitant d'un tarif non agressif. L'appartement n'est pas de derniÚre génération mais est suffisant pour des personnes qui ne recherche pas les 150M2. Bon séjour......

    Superbe vue sur le village ainsi que sur le Mont blanc

    Logement assez petit mais duffisant pour passer un sejour en montagne. Quelques petites rĂ©parations sont Ă  prĂ©voir notamment sur le mitigeur de la baignoire qui coule et du robinet et de la pomme de de douche en mĂȘme temps ainsi que les portes serviettes et porte manteau qui sont Ă  revisser. Mais le logement Ă©tĂ© tres propre Ă  notre arrivĂ©e et un homme super sympas pour nous guider jusqu'Ă  la location. Hormis ces petits dĂ©fauts tout est impeccable. Rapport qualitĂ©/ prix au top. Je conseille.

    Appartement passable

    La communication non rĂ©active avec la prioritaire ( sauf au moment de la rĂ©servation) n’a pas permis d’ĂȘtre bien accueillis par les gardiens de l’immeuble. En effet aucune communication sur les conditions d’arrivĂ©e ! Lors de mon premier message pour demander comment rĂ©cupĂ©rer les clĂ©s, la rĂ©ponse obtenue Ă©tait destinĂ©e Ă  d’autres personnes et lorsque je l’ai signaler je n’ai eu aucun retour. Du coup en arrivant sur place nous n’avions aucun numĂ©ro Ă  appeler et aucune indication pour savoir oĂč trouver les gardiens !! L’appartement quant Ă  lui est vraiment limite pour l’accueil d’une famille Ă  4 mais cela aurait pu passer s’il Ă©tait propre! Des traces sur les alĂšses ainsi que sur des couvertures et des coussins! Alors en cette pĂ©riode de covid 19 autant dire que cela ne met pas en confiance ! A ce titre aucune mesure n’a Ă©tĂ© mise en place pour notre accueil. L’appartement est vieillissant et mĂ©rite des travaux, l’espace limitĂ© ne permet pas de mettre les valises et les porte manteaux ne sont pas utilisables car cassĂ©s ! Bref trĂšs déçu sauf par st Gervais qui est trĂšs sympa pour des balades. L’appartement
