Located at the center of all that Hampton Beach has to offer, only steps away from the award winning beach, make this 600 sq. ft. ocean view, 2nd floor, end unit Suite, all yours, for your next wicked awesome NH Seacoast vacation. The location is unbeatable, believe me!

The NRDC (Natural Resources Defense Council) named Hampton Beach, NH a “Superstar Beach” every year since 2009! The NRDC also named Hampton Beach, NH one of the top 3 cleanest beaches in the country; the other two were in Southern California and Hawaii!

This delightful and charming Suite has two sliders that lead out to your own private deck. Not only can you see the ocean from within the condo, you are so close, you can hear and smell the cool ocean breeze! The condo sleeps 4, one bedroom with a queen and there is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There is one assigned parking spot, and a shared grill located next to the patio area, great for cooking to cut back on eating out expenses. Clean comfy beds, plentiful dishes, and other utensils, all provided, with so many more surprises to make your stay the best possible experience ever. Linens available upon request ($20-fee). You're going to want to come back, over and over again, trust me.

Worth the trip from anywhere, this location is ideal, you are 2 minute to the sand (seriously 2 minutes, I timed it myself). Since the unit is at the top of the strip, you really get the best of both worlds. Short walk to the Casino Ballroom and strip, not to mention a spectacular view for the fireworks. There are tons of restaurants to choose from and right next door to the Ashworth Hotel Restaurant which has excellent food. Or, you can bring and cook your own food as the kitchenette will accommodate nicely. The location is very convenient with easy on/off highway access, and close to Market Basket (local grocery store) or Super Walmart, just 6 miles away. You are able to easily get on the highway without driving down the strip, avoiding much of the daily beach congestion.

Sorry, no smoking, and four legged furry friends are not allowed. There is coin operated laundry and also a convenience store on site.

The unit was listed as a 600 sq ft unit and the rental was for October after the pool and hot tub area were closed for the season. Not sure why I received a 4 out of 5 star review.

We had another relaxing vacation in Michael's condo. It really is paradise, with a very short walk to the beach, the perfect porch for people watching, and close to shops, restaurants, arcades, and fudge. The condo itself is very quiet, with access to a pool. We have been staying here for several years and plan on going back.

Our 5 days were very comfortable and the A/C / Heat units were top notch. Massive clean and beautiful beach in literally across the street. Great boardwalk type atmosphere in town is only steps away from the unit. Dedicated parking also very much appreciated. We would highly recommend our unit to all that enjoy beach life and relaxation. Fabulous Location

Hard to beat the location in Hampton Beach; we loved being just seconds from the boardwalk, right at the top of the wide pedestrian friendly zone. Pool was great, apartment was just as advertised, easy access. Wonderful to have parking in that area, too.

Location was great to enjoy the beach and all Hampton Beach has to offer. Condo is clean and comfortable. Nice end unit. Were able to cook meals using the hot plate. Kids loved the pool. Has a community grill to use. People who lived there were very friendly and inviting.

Location was excellent (very short walk to beach), however the bedroom slider faced the road so the noise of the motorcycles and muscle cars could be heard all night. The bed, furniture, and pots and pans were a bit worn. A 20 linen service fee was not mentioned until after booking. Signs hung on the balcony railing blocked the view.

I'm sorry the sounds of a typical Summer evening at Hampton Beach (motorcycles and muscle cars) could be heard, but that's out of my control. The bed/couch/and other furniture essentials are all fairly new, so I probably wouldn't call them "worn". The $20 optional linens fee is clearly stated in the unit description prior to people booking. Signs from the grocery store below, another "out of my control". A 3/5 star review? Hmmm a bit unfair I would say.

Perfect For Us

The property was clean, well stocked with paper goods, soap, etc. and check in was simple. Having a full size refrigerator is a bonus. A/C worked great and the bed was comfy. The dedicated off street parking spot is a definite plus. The location at the north end of the Boardwalk is perfect, everything is walkable. The property was just the right size for the two of us but would be workable for 4 people. We plan to be back.

My husband, my 13-year-old, and myself stayed here for a few nights visiting family and catching up with everyone. The location is absolutely perfect! You are right in the heart of everything. The apartment that you are in puts you at the end of the apartment complex on the corner so you can see the main strip, the beach, and what you're facing is busy road so you're always able to people watch. The room itself was spacious we liked that our son was able to have a separate area with the pull-out couch. He did say the pull out was comfortable. The entire apartment was clean spacious we felt very comfortable while staying. Whether it was hot or cold we were able to get a temperature that we were all able to sleep comfortably. Would definitely return to this apartment again in the future visits. Thank you Michael!

Almost a Great Place

The good: Apartment is as pictured and well stocked and clean. AC works great! Couch is super comfy and balcony was nice. I enjoyed a swim in the pool on a rainy day, and it never seemed too crowded. Location couldn't be beat. The bad: Bed was a bit hard and the sheets they provided were cheap and didn’t fit mattress well. Pillows were so flat and hard that we bought 2 new ones at Walmart. If the bedding could be upgraded, this place would be wonderful.

A slice of heaven

We stayed at this property for 10 days this summer. We were so pleased with the accommodations! There was a full-sized refrigerator, a two burner cook top, a microwave, and a toaster oven. There was no working coffee maker, which wasn't a problem, since we always bring our own. We are people watchers, and this location was perfect for that! We were so close to the beach that it was easier to walk back to the room to use the bathroom. And Michael had ordered perfect beach weather for us! It was perfect!
