We’ve been coming here for years and it never disappoints! Best location in Sea Colony, 1st floor is just so convenient, especially with kids. Very close to the beach and pool but also more private because it’s at the end of the complex. The unit is updated and well maintained and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Mary is wonderful to work with too- great with communication. This is by far my family’s favorite vacation spot!

We had another great stay! You cannot beat the wonderful quiet location of this condo. Steps to the beautiful Sea Colony beach. Mary takes care to have all the important items stocked for her guests. It’s very comfortable. We love staying here!

Great weekend in Bethany

Great stay! We love Sea Colony and have stayed at many different condos over the last 30 years - this one was particularly lovely and clean. We will be back!
