Private family house very close to the city. It`s entrance hall with antique furniture reveals the beauty of 120 years old stone house.

It is surrounded by beautiful gardens, front garden with palm trees and flowers, and back garden with pine trees.


As the house is off the main street it is very calm and ideal for a good rest.

They are stairs to arrive to Solei and its not suitable for very old people or people with disabilities.

We absolutely loved staying at this apartment--it had everything we needed and the views from the balcony were amazing. Yes, stairs/steps were everywhere but you get used to them if you are anywhere in Dubrovnik! The hosts were very attentive and easy to communicate with...would recommend this place!!

Sometimes the pictures are deceiving, but not at this location. Closer than expected to old town and the apartment was very clean. The grapa was an unexpected surprise. We hope to stay here again

Spacious apartment close to Pile Gate has million dollar views of the Old City and the sea from its large terrace. Note that there is no road servicing this area and the apartment is accessible only by lengthy stair climbs - pack light!

Beautiful view from a lovely apartment

We were met and welcomed by the owner and were able to check into the property before the usual check in time which was much appreciated. The apartment is well maintained, very comfortable and well equipped. The terrace is a bonus and the photo on the website does not do the amazing view justice. It is a 10 minute walk to the city walls but the situation of the apartment feels far enough out of the city for relaxation. We had a wonderful stay in Dubrovnik and would return here again without hesitation.

Outstanding unit and location

Everything about our experience at this apartment was outstanding, right down to the grappa. Nick greeted us at the apartment and give us an explanation of everything we needed to know. The apartment is well appointed, spacious with our daily amenities you would need such as shampoo, dishwasher soap, etc. The views from the terrace are amazing with plenty of seating. The walk from the apartment down to the city involves quite a few steps, so be aware. This apartment was the highlight of our trip and we would recommend it to anybody.

Spectacular apartment conveniently just outside the Pile Gate.

Our stay in Dubrovnik exceeded our expectations. Niksa's apartment was spectacular, especially the private terrace overlooking the Old City and the Adriatic Sea. The apartment was exactly as described and spotlessly clean. Access to the waterfront and Old City was no problem. Check in was equally easy. We had arranged airport pick up through the property manager. As cars are not allowed right in front of the apartment, Niksa met us and guided us to his house and our apartment. Niksa also arranged a site-seeing tour and dinner at a traditional Croatian restaurant. All this really made our visit memorable and one we would like to repeat in the future.

Spacious Apartment with Beautiful view

The place is gorgeous and the view is unforgettable. One disclaimer though -regarding the stairs required to get to the front door and then the steps to the actual apartment. They would be an inconvenience for anyone but as 3 60 year old women, it was extremely difficult to drag the suitcases through the streets of Dubrovnik and then up a couple more flights of stairs. The taxi driver arranged by the host should have dropped us at the Hilton, which was fairly close. A pair of Finnish girls took mercy on us and took the 2 heaviest suitcases down the many stairs. Once inside, the place was spotless and comfortable.

Steps to a View

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. There are a lot of steps so you have to be fairly fit. The property was beautiful and clean, the rooms spacious, and the view and porch were incredible. It is a short walk to the Pile Gate and a great location to explore Dubrovnik.

Fabulous Stay in Dubrovnik

This lovely property is very conveniently located to old town and all the sites. Although there are steps, which afforded us such an amazing view from our private veranda, the property was actually quite close to the upper road and lower exit to Old Town. The owners live on property and you could definitely see all the love and care they had for this property. They also were great communicators and helped arrange transfer to the airport. Would love to come again!
