The swimming pool measures 8m x 5m and is surrounded by a spacious garden, with native vegetation and flowers, artificial grass, and natural shade areas. There is a brick barbecue and outdoor sofas to relax outdoors.

The house has been decorated with comfortable pine wood furniture:
Living room (accessed by 4 interior stairs), dining room, kitchen, 1 master bedroom with full en-suite bathroom and garden access, 2 double bedrooms and 1 full bathroom.
