- THE ENVIRONMENTS -

The apartments consists of a lounge / dining room with a 4/6 people table, comfortable sofa for 8 people, kitchen, a bedroom with one double bed, one single room wit one roll away bad, one bathroom with jacuzzi and a big garden and patio with a dining table for 8/10 people .

All bedrooms are prepared with care and will be provided with bedsheets.

Each bathroom will be provided with a set of three towels per person and toiletries such as soap, shampoo, headset and hair dryer. Just like in a 5-star hotel.

- THE LOCATION -

Porto Ercole is a charming seaside resort situated on the promontory of Mount Argentario.

A stroll through the villagge or a walk up to one of the Spanish fortifications that guard the small harbor is a pleasant way of spending an amazing morning before going for a swim on the Feniglia Beach. There you can also ride the available bicycles or run deep into the pine tree forest.

In Porto Ercole you will find little pretty boutiques full of local colors. There are many shops with the latest fashions, some supermarkets and beauty salons.

The ancient Borgo is one of the most characteristic and historical landscape in Italy

Porto Ercole's warm hearted inhabitants will welcome you with a smile. To the night birds it offers any number of good bars and nightclubs along its waterfront and by the yacht Marina.

- Electricity: € 50 per week

Check-in: 3pm - 7pm
Check-out: 7am - 10am

The standard check-in time starts from 3pm to 7pm but we always give a "bonus hour" until 8pm.

From 8pm to 10pm there is a late check-in of € 30
From 10pm to 12am there is a late check-in of € 50
From 12am to 2am there is a late check-in of € 100

Cancellation Policy:
50% of total refund if you cancel within 30 days of arrival
