Beautiful penthouse with large sunny terrace

Spacious, comfortable and bright apartment of 74 m2 in the center of Morro Jable, fully equipped with everything needed to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The penthouse has two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, living room and a large sunny terrace with a pergola that covers part of the terrace. The rooms have double beds, wardrobes and bedside tables. The living room is spacious and bright, with satellite television to tune the Astra satellite, which includes many channels in German, and some in other languages ​​like English or French. Also tunes the usual Spanish DTT channels.

The kitchen is separate and very complete, equipped with everything needed to cook comfortably. The bathroom with tub, toilet and bidet.

The large terrace has 50 m2 and overlooks the pedestrian street of Morro Jable, and a little to the mountains of Barranco del Ciervo and the sea. Being a penthouse terrace gets the sun most of the day, so it is ideal for sunbathing and enjoy the wonderful climate of Fuerteventura. It also has a dining part covered by a pergola where you can eat sheltered from the sun and air.

The apartment is equipped with everything you might need during your stay, also sheets and towels.

-The Initial and final cleaning is included for stays of at least 7 nights. For stays longer than 10 nights also it includes a weekly cleaning with change of towels and linens. If you still want more frequent cleaning during your stay that offered for free, it would be priced at € 12 per hour. For less than 7 nights, the final cleaning is not included and is priced at 50 €.

- Wireless Internet is offered free as a courtesy to our customers. Please note that the telephone infrastructure in this area is not optimal and there may be breaks in the connection during your stay.
- When booking with us, if you wish we send to your mail account (only certain accounts) an invitation to a virtual map which contains a lot of recommendations and suggestions on where to eat, what to do and visit in South the island.
- We welcome guests personally. You are contactable by e-mail or phone during your stay if you need us.
The check-in is usually between 16:00 and 20:00. We can meet them later than 20:00 but has an extra charge of 20 €, which is payable in cash upon arrival.

The apartment is in the heart of Morro Jable, south of Fuerteventura. The location is ideal if you want to have all services, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and all kinds of services a step, can walk in five minutes to everywhere. Also the beach is less than five minutes walk, just 300 meters from the apartment.

Southern Fuerteventura is an ideal place for diving and snorkeling, kite-surfing, windsurfing, surfing, biking site, etc. It is also the perfect place to just relax and enjoy the most beautiful beaches in Europe and typical Canarian cuisine in the many restaurants nearby housing.

If what you want is a quiet, relaxing beach vacation not need a car, because the apartment is close to everything. The transfer from the airport to the apartment is on his own, but has several AVAILABLE options, there are city buses that make direct route from the airport to Morro Jable and you can do it by taxi, but at a price much higher. A third option is a transfer from the airport to the village in a minibus with one of the companies that offer it. If you come by boat to the port of Morro Jable, the taxi ride from the pier to the apartment will be less than 10 minutes and costs less than 10 €.

However, if you want to know the island and lose yourself in its coves and corners, then it is advisable to have car to move freely.
