Las fotos no le hacen justicia, todo es mejor de lo esperado, el dueño Francisco muy amable y atento, totalmente recomendable para estar en familia o con amigos, a los niños les gustó mucho la piscina, muy bien situada muy cerca de la ciudad de Inca y de muchos servicios, si te conoces la zona lo tienes todo a mano.
La casa esta lista para entrar teniendo todo lo necesario, todo ordenado y muy limpio.
El asunto del ruido de la autopista solo se escucha en la parte de la piscina pero nada molesto, se puede estar tranquilamente.

Ein wunderschönes, gepflegtes und modernes Haus !
Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Eine mehr als perfekt ausgestattete Küche, wunderschöne Bäder und Schlafzimmer. Ein riesiger und äußerst gepflegter Garten mit einer großen Orangenplantage - einfach herrlich. Alles sehr modern und in einem Top Zustand.
Das einzige Manko dieses Hauses: Es liegt direkt an der Autobahn. Der Verkehrslärm ist zwischendurch schon sehr unangenehem.

Traumhaftes Haus direkt an der Autobahn
Die Finca Es Rasquell ist ein außerordentlich gepflegtes Anwesen mit einem Haus , dessen Ausstattung keine Wünsche offen lässt. Sehr geschmackvoll und stimmig eingerichtet, ohne überladen zu wirken. Es bietet sehr viel Platz für bis zu 5 Personen mit vielen Rückzugsmöglichkeiten in die verschiedenen Außenbereiche rund um das Haus. Die Küche und der Wohnraum sind sehr geräumig und perfekt eingerichtet. Der Pool ist recht groß.
Man muss allerdings wissen, dass dieses Haus wirklich unmittelbar an der sehr stark befahrenen Autobahn Ma 13 liegt, d.h. auch in der Nacht ist der Verkehrslärm deutlich zu hören.

Perfect house, - location so so
The house and property is superb for 4-5 people. The house is well equipped, is nicely decorated and with a smart layout. The outside area with the porch next to the pool is absolutely perfect. Also, it should be added that the experience with Yupihome was a good "onwer" and there was absolutely no issues.
The only thing you need to be aware of is the location next to the main highway and in the middle of everything - but not next to anything. If you can accept this then I can absolutely recommend the house.
