Nice house on the outskirts of Inca, on the slopes of Puig de Sta. Magdalena. It has beautiful views and absolute privacy. It has a typical Mallorcan decor. Excellent terraces, gardens, solarium and private pool. It consists of 2 floors of 80 m, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Also includes a full kitchen overlooking the pool (7,5m x 4m) .It is 5 km from Inca. Spacious country house rental in Santa Magdalena, Mallorca, quality and very comfortable elaborate gardens, fruit trees, terraces and porch furniture. Also a lounge with sofas and TV, fully equipped kitchen with hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, utensils (website hidden) rental property is a classic country style, with perfect finishing and good quality. Seating for 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A natural terrain and a zone (website hidden) house has a swimming pool, a terrace with furniture, with fantastic mountain view. Large terrace stone area. In Inca there are supermarkets, banks, many shops, hospital, restaurants and bars typical Mallorcan food. A 15 km there is a golf course.

Elegant and quiet vacation home located in a town famous for its shoe factories such as Camper or Ferrutx. The house is situated in a privileged location on the slopes of Puig de Santa Magdalena, which gives the property a fantastic view over much of the Serra de Tramuntana and part of the plain which lies at his feet. From the terrace you can spot up to 5 villages in the area such as Campanet, Caimari, Selva, Mancor de la Vall and Inca, whose lights, to shine at night, give this property a special touch.

Besides their situation Finca Son Carlar provides quick access to most points of the island as the motorway is just a few kilometers. So, in less than half an hour to visit the capital of the island, Palma, access to the beautiful beaches of the Bay of Alcudia or stroll and enjoy the cuisine of the beautiful villages of the interior.

Beautiful finca in Inca

Really beautiful and peacefully located house with welcoming hosts. The finca is located approx 25 mins drive from Palma. Closest beach is located in Alcudia (20-25 mins drive). So a car is a must. Shopping possibilities 5-10 mins drive in Inca. Beautiful views from the terrace, well equipped kitchen, friendly and welcoming hosts, so we had a wonderful stay.

Beautifull!

Thank you Miquel for your hospitality. We really enjoyed our stay in your beautifull house. The house, swimmingpool and garden are in perfect condition. The pictures that you are showing are great but do not show everything. There is so much more beautifull things in and around the house to see! For instance you have a really nice outside shower! Perfect to cool off. The garden is also great and you can see that your father put a lot of love in it. Give your father my best regards. He is very kind and helpfull and although he only speaks Spanish we all could understand him while he was so patience to explain. Also please thank your mother for the cookies she baked for my birthday! That was really really really kind of her and I'm very thankfull for that. A Big 10+ for your property. A bit of paradise

This beautiful house was in an absolutely perfect location. Easy on/off to the MA-13 - just 30 minutes from Palma or the airport, Pollenca, Alcudia, Soller and the mountains beyond, yet peacefully quiet and serene. The house is very well furnished, but the best feature is the terrace which has gorgeous views across farmland to the mountains. And the gardens surrounding the house are filled with interesting plants and landscape details. The weather was too cool for us to take advantage of the pool, but it was delightful to have to lounge around. We would highly recommend the house, but it could be even better with a couple of improvements. The narrow stairway to the upper level is dangerously steep and very slippery. Older renters, or families with young children should be warned to take extra care. Some non-skid strips would definitely help. The kitchen was modern and well supplied with all manner of pans, glasses and dishes, and we were very grateful for the welcoming fruit basket and bottle of wine. However, it would have been really helpful to have a few basic items like oil, vinegar, pepper, etc. so we didn't have to buy every last thing. The outdoor barbecue grill seemed like a great feature, but there was no charcoal, no starter, not even matches. Miguel's father was a very welcoming and cheerful guide, but spoke no English. Fortunately, we did not have a single problem that needed his attention. We loved our stay, and will definitely share with friends.

Es war Zauberhaft….

Vielen lieben Dank an Miquel und seinen Vater😀😀😀 Vom Anfang bis zum Ende hatten wir einen super schönen Urlaub. Die Finca ist wirklich sehr ruhig gelegen und der Ausblick unglaublich. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Auch der Pool hat genau die richtige Größe. Und die schöne Aussendusche erfrischt mit kaltem Wasser. Das Grundstück ist auch toll Eingewachsen. Es könnte noch eine Klimaanlage mehr im Erdgeschoss vorhanden sein. Aber wir kommen gerne wieder und wünschen Miquel und seinem Vater alles Gute.

Wunderschönes Haus mit superschönem Blick auf das Sierra Tramuntana

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt, Miquel und sein Vater waren immer zuvorkommend und haben auf Wünsche sofort reagiert. Der Pool war perfekt und wurde alle paar Tage gereinigt. Das Haus hatte alles, was man benötigt: Eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit allen notwendigen Geräten, genügend Poolliegen und eine große Terrasse mit großem Tisch zum Essen. Der Blick auf das Gebirge ist atemberaubend und bietet jeden Tag die Möglichkeit, einen tollen Sonnenuntergang zu bewundern. Das einzige Manko bei den hohen Temperaturen waren die Temperaturen in den Schlafräumen nachts, Abhilfe haben Ventilatoren geschafft. Eine Klimaanlage wäre eine sinnvolle Ergänzung.

Incredible house

We had the most incredible holiday. The house (as much bigger than a villa) is gorgeous and the swimming pool is perfect. Papa de Miguel (Host’s dad) was the highlight of our trip. He welcomed us with open arms and was so helpful and considerate. He made us laugh and feel so at home. His recommendations were amazing and we had a far better holiday because of them. The kids loved him coming to visit and listening to his Spanish enthusiasm about all things Inca and Mallorca. We went during the heatwave so the property was very very hot. No air conditioning which was tricky, but Miguel recommended a local company to bring air con units- this was a life saver in the intense heat especially at night. We loved the area, a car is a must though! 20minutes drive to most of the north island! Perfect! Can’t wait to go back.

Traumhaus in der Natur

Freundlicher Empfang durch den Vater des Vermieters, der uns in einer Mischung aus Deutsch, Spanisch und Englisch die Notwendigkeiten erklärte. Das Haus war tadellos sauber, Bettwäsche und Handtücher rochen frisch und waren sauber. Der Garten ist wunderschön, ebenso der Ausblick Richtung Gebirge. Wir sind begeistert.

Accueil et maison chaleureuse

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Miquel. Une très gentille intention nous attendait : un plateau de fruit et une bouteille de rosé. Maison très propre, cuisine très bien équipée. Vue sur les montagnes et dans la nature, très bel environnement Merci au papa de Miquel qui nous a offert le gâteau typique majorquin !

Great situation, well maintained property. Very friendly owners.

After meeting Miquels farther, who we found to be a lovely man. We followed him to the Villa. Which you need to on the first occasion. The Villa is superb, all the amenities you could ever need. The pool is well maintained, a total chilled out place to be. It's approximately 10 minutes drive to all shops, supermarkets. We have been to Inca several times so we know the area quite well.

A peaceful country retreat...

A peaceful country retreat with views across fields to the mountains in the west. The property is very well maintained and equipped with a large patio/pool area and shaded outdoor dining/seating area for when it gets too hot (or rains!). An attractive garden complements the property and provides a handy supply of lemons to add a fresh twist to the G&T. The central location provides an excellent base from which to explore the island whether on foot, cycle or by car (the roads can be a challenge so best to avoid a large hire car). No problems at all with the rental arrangements, very prompt responses from the owner and an enjoyable stay throughout.

Fantastic House

We had the most fantastic stay at this fabulous house. The veiws are breath taking and it is so relaxing and so beautiful. The kitchen is modern with all utensils, the bathrooms are big and roomy. The whole house is spotlessly clean. The living areas are big and comfortable and the lounge has a tv and free wifi. We were prepared to eat out most nights but we enjoyed the tranquility of the house that within 12 days we only ate out twice. We didn't want to leave the house and would enjoy eating our breakfast on the terrace looking out onto the mountains. We then would love eating our evening meal on the terrace watching the sun go down behind the mountains, it was amazing! The pool was fantastic and clean and was really needed to cool us down as it was lovely weather 33 degrees but we always had a lovely breeze. There is also the most ornate shower next to the pool which again is fantastic! Miquel is excellent with his communication and gave us a very warm welcome and was so obliging, he answered any of our questions quickly and very politely He is a excellent host. Miquel's father came to clean the pool and water the garden a couple of times and we had great chats with him and always had so much fun and laughter with him. We would look forward to his visits as he was always so helpful and fantastic! He picked us some plums from the garden and we made a home made plum tart which was delicious. We could not fault anything about the house it was just amazing, fantastic, awesome and fabulous. Thank you so much Miquel Snr and Miquel Jnr for letting us stay in your beautiful house and being such wonderful hosts. You will not be disappointed if you go to this house and we will definitely be returning.

Absolutely wonderful

Absolutely wonderful- I think we have finally found the ideal holiday property after years of searching. Miquel and his family offer a villa which is far beyond expectations of comfort, luxury, enjoyment and tranquility. If you seek a large family property, with a big deep swimming pool, unspoiled views, located in the perfect area for daily shopping and sightseeing visits and somewhere just to chill-out then this is it! This villa is beyond 5-stars. It's a unique, homely property, in a location which is sensational.
