Fantastic attic in a very quiet area of Salou. The high-end complex has a large communal garden with 2 swimming pools, 2 tennis courts and a Paddle court. It also offers 2 play areas for the little ones, which is why it is ideal for staying with children.



LAYOUT:

3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Consists of a single floor with a large living room - dining room with large windows with access to the large terrace, very well-equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The bedroom area is distributed in a master suite with its bathroom, 1 room with 2 single beds and another room with 2 single beds.

Alojamiento de lujo, servicio malo

El lujo del apartamento, las instalaciones y lo cerca que está de la playa y el paseo. La limpieza del apartamento deja mucho que desear, de hecho al llegar el horno y el frigorífico estaban sucios y algunos armarios contenían algún cepillo de dientes, un paquete de kit Kat...El ir a buscar las llaves a Salou en un servicio tan caro o de alta calidad... No es elegante y perjudica mucho al cliente. La hora de salida a las 10 de la mañana es muy temprana y se pierden horas de vacaciones.. La hora de entrada es acorde a muchos hoteles ay alojamientos turísticos pero la hora de salida debería de ser las 12 como el resto de hoteles y de alojamientos turísticos. Llevamos 6 años yendo y no se tiene en cuenta para hacernos llegar ofertas sobre el alojamiento o mayores descuentos. Además este año no nos han dejado ningun detalle a la llegada como años anteriores. Hemos llamado por una incidencia con los toldos que no han venido a reparar.

Lamentamos que la limpieza del apartamento no estuviera a la altura de tus expectativas. Ya hemos enviado el caso a la empresa que nos da el servicio de limpieza para que no se repita pues no es el estandar que queremos y estamos habituados a dar. Entendemos que la recogida de llaves en Salou pueda resultar incómoda. Ofrecemos un servicio de registro online para facilitar la gestión de llaves y reducir tiempos de espera. Respecto a la hora de salida, entendemos que puede ser un inconveniente. Los horarios de entrada y salida se indican antes de reservar y son los habituales en la zona. Nos encantaría poder ser más flexibles siempre que sea posible, pero esto depende de la disponibilidad. Très bel ensemble immobilier propre et au calme Appartement spacieux et fonctionnel avec une très belle terrasse Mais appartement non entretenu, poignée de porte qui vous reste dans les mains, gâche de porte qui reste coincée, transat déchiré, lit parental cassé et murs abîmés Bref c’est dommage de laisser un bel appartement se dégrader ainsi Nous avons passé un bon séjour mais le tarif est trop élevé par rapport aux prestations Petit détail, n’hésitez à prendre le parking en option certes un peu cher mais indispensable vu le faible nombre de places extérieures

Estacionamento pago mas que era pago por fora.

Na propriedade que reservei contemplava estacionamento. Ao fazer o check-in pediram-me mais 10 €por dia para o estacionamento, pelo que espero um reembolso de 100€ da VRBO.
