Meet & Greet/Concierge Services: Your rental includes being met at the Villa by our property manager, being familiarized with the house and its mechanical systems and operation.
Your rental includes unlimited access to the villa’s internet services.

Other supplies: Included in your rental are all essential cleaning supplies and materials for kitchens & bathrooms.

Linens: All necessary linens including pool towels are included in your rental. For guests staying for more than one week, a weekly linen change is provided on Fridays. Additional changes can be provided for an additional charge.
Other services: Catering, cooking lessons, car service, bicycle rental, massage and other services are provided by independent contractors. Our manager can make these arrangements for you, but payment is made directly to the vendor.

Sehr schöne Villa mit sauberem Pool

Sehr schöne, moderne Villa, auch der Pool war sehr sauber! Technisch ist die Villa wirklich auf dem aktuellen Stand Wir hatten leider das Problem, dass an 3 Tagen kein Fließendes Wasser vorhanden war. Lag wohl an der Wasserversorgung im Dorf. Auch der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin funktionierte Problemlos

Tolle Unterkunft!

Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr sehr toll! Wunderschöner Pool, nette Terrasse, gut ausgestattete Küche, saubere Gästezimmer. Einzig der Weg zum Haus war etwas beschwerlich.

Belle propriété récente très isolée avec une vue magnifique

La villa est récente et très bien aménagée et bien entretenue. La piscine est agréable (bien qu'un peu fraîche même en été). La route pour y arriver n'est par contre pas aisée (pente très forte et surtout différents passages très étroits), il ne faut pas avoir une voiture trop large (et sans voiture, pas moyen de rejoindre le village voisin pour faire une petite course à pied, vélo également à oublier). Notre séjour a été un peu entaché de problèmes d'approvisionnement d'eau et de coupures d'électricité (travaux dans le village en dessous), ce qui, même si ce n'est pas la faute de la location (bien qu'il existe des possibilités pour éviter cette situation), a provoqué quelques frustrations (pas de douche, pas d'évacuation pour les wc, difficile de cuisiner, ...). Egalement une petite journée sans internet (un grand drame pour nos deux adolescents ...). Mais dans l'ensemble, c'est un endroit qui vaut vraiment la peine d'y aller.

The Hills o Lucca

This is a gem of an immaculately and tastefully restored farmhouse, set in spectacular olive trees and pine forest. Access is via a long driveway to a house that is about a kilometre from the village. There is total peace at the head of the valley, sitting beside the excellent pool, looking down on the lovely village of Santa Maria dei Guidicci. Sofia and Pierre-Angelo were graceful and very attentive hosts and we highly recommend this unique holiday home.
