Light dual-aspect room with comfortable sofas, coffee table, large screen television with Freeview and DVD player. Bay window to side of house. Dining table with seating for up to eight people.

Well-equipped kitchen with wooden work surfaces and shelving, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, microwave and electric oven.
Snug
With two sofas, coffee tables and book cases.
Utility room
WC, range of cupboards/units with Belfast sink, washer/dryer and room for storing boots and coats.
First Floor:
Master bedroom
King-size bed, hanging rail and flatscreen television.
En-suite shower room
Walk-in shower, wash basin and WC.
Bedroom two
Twin beds that can be converted to a super-king size bed (please specify on booking), with chest of drawers and mirror.

Overlooking the church with mature trees to the front. A sheltered walled area directly from the dining room is a peaceful place to enjoy al fresco dining. There is garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue.
The gardens are mainly laid to lawn and are fully enclosed.
Off-road private parking on the driveway for four cars, through the gateway.
