This coastal cool condo 313 at Holiday Surf and Racquet Club, accommodates up to 4 people with a king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the living area.
Holiday Surf 313 has had many recent updates, including plantation shutters, a Large flat screen TV and Blue Ray DVD player, new Air Conditioning and Heating system and beautiful new engineered hardwood floors in the living/dining area. The living area also boasts new plush sleeper sofa and side chairs.
The good sized bedroom, which is carpeted, has en-suite access to the bathroom, featuring newer fixtures and a granite topped vanity. There is a also a 43" flat screen TV with DVD/VHS combo, as well as a cooling ceiling fan and large walk-in closet.
