Ideal geographical context, very quiet, every comfort, very close to the Valley of the Temples in Agrigento, just 10 minutes from the Scala dei Turchi, several archaeological sites nearby, Greek theater at 1km, immersed in two WWF nature reserves. The structure is only 2km from the enchanting beach of Eraclea Minoa. The best for those seeking tranquility. The holiday homes are close to the main road. THE STUDIO IN QUESTION (APP4) IS COMPOSED OF A DOUBLE ROOM, A BATHROOM-SHOWER, A HABITABLE KITCHENETTE AND A EQUIPPED VERANDA. All apartments (in total three two-room apartments and two studio apartments) are air-conditioned independently and equipped with all accessories and linen.
All apartments are equipped with hot water thanks to a solar system in full respect of nature. The apartments overlook the garden with lawn that surrounds the swimming pool with whirlpool. The swimming pool has also been designed with full respect for energy savings, equipped with a shower that takes advantage of the ever-present heat of the Sicilian sun.
More than 1000 square meters of garden make Makara Case Vacanza one with the surrounding nature. Inside the structure you will find bars, large spaces where you can spend relaxing moments immersed in tranquility, far from the now unbearable "metropolitan noises". There is a barbecue area and in the bar area you will find free internet access. Makara Case Vacanza is also provided with a parking inside the structure with the possibility of leaving your vehicle a few meters from the house
