Just as a turtle breaks forth from an egg and life begins, let the fun begin. Here you will find beach living at its finest in our newly owned and renovated condo. You will love the beachy feel and breathtaking views of the private sugar white sand beach and crystal clear emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, which is only steps away. In this beach front vacation rental, unit 620 at Holiday Surf and Rental, we want you to relax and feel at home. The condo sleeps 6 adults/children in all brand-new beds with top-of-the-line mattresses. Put away all your belongings in the custom closets designed especially for you. Ceiling fans were installed to keep you cool and comfortable. The master bedroom, with balcony access, includes a 55-inch TV, comfortable chair and king size bed for your rest and relaxation. Enjoy your attached bathroom with a brand-new walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers 2 full size beds with an attached bathroom to include a newly tiled tub/shower combo.

For those of you who enjoy cooking, you will love the new stainless-steel appliances. The appliances include a double door refrigerator freezer, stove and oven, built in microwave and dishwasher. The beautiful new backsplash accents the granite countertop, and the pendant lights added the perfect touch. The beach vibe continues in the dining room which seats 6, and extra seating is provided at the counter.

Watch out for those turtles! The living room is so inviting, 5 people can sit comfortably on the sofa/chaise. A matching swivel chair will allow you to see the breathtaking sunsets each evening. See the hand carved turtles on the cabinet as you watch the new 65-inch TV. If not, you can walk out to hear the rolling waves and see the beautiful beach on the private balcony, where you can rock on the rockers to enjoy the scenery.

Fantastic property and great location! The beach view was beautiful and access to the beach was so close and easy. This building is in a quieter area of Destin also which we loved. The condo was very nice, quiet, and had comfy beds and pillows. My entire family gives it a thumbs up.

The check-in process interesting to say the least. Everyone was very nice an extremely helpful helping to smooth over the check-in issues. I hop the Ingram's enjoyed the condo I booked. :) Everything was wonderful after we settled in.

Alex assisted us on multiple occasions and was very professional and excellent customer service. The staff on the beach with the umbrellas and chairs had great customer service as well and made the beach experience so easy and relaxing. The pool was shaded in the afternoon which made for a nice relaxing swim after a long day in the sun on the beach. Already planning our next trip to Holiday Surf and Racquet club.

The staff at Holiday Surf and Racquet Club are friendly and welcoming. We highly recommend Holiday Surf & Racket Club.

The unit has everything you need. Appreciate the full length mirror and beach chairs for the kiddos. We use to fit 6 people in it easily but as the kids have gotten older this time we only us and our youngest. Perfect space for that too. Love the new couch and the large TVs. We will be back again next year! Thanks for sharing your space

Reviewer Comments: Renting was easy over all,property was as nice as ever on the outside we have been going there since 1988,we have always been satisfied,but this time there room was dirty balls of hair on the kitchen floor finger nail clipping on the couch and floor,the floors had not been mopped we cleaned before staying were told it was no where else to stay all condos were sold out the furnishings were nice, but the wires that connected the electric for the reclining couch and recliner and were missing way too much drinking and foul language out at the smoking area. People actually smoking marijuana around children at the smoking area that were with their parents deputy sheriff sitting 40 foot away in cruiser with windows up and running never getting out and patrolling the area.the family atmosphere way since gone all you heard were people complaining about not having a roof line over smoking area during the almost daily rains and being discriminated against for being a smoker, not the family vacation spot that it has been, and once was. Have stayed there approximately 20 times over the last 34 years not just singling it out, but I’ve never experienced these conditions. In any of the other units or lack of cleanliness in all the other trips. when paying the prices that you have to you expect better, and would like to think that there would be some type of compensation. for lack of attention to detail. this property was recommended to us years ago, and it was always a wholesome family venue one bad apple does not spoil a whole bunch, but the consensus of people, that I spoke to were not overly happy don’t know if I can find another place that has the family atmosphere that this had over the years, but will definitely look before renting here again

While this is far from our first visit to this resort, it is our first stay in 620. This unit was fully stocked and nicely remodeled. It is one of the nicest units we have stayed at on this property. This kids enjoyed the pool and tennis courts as usual and the view of the ocean....breathless. The beach access is what brings us back year after year to this resort.

Balcony has a great view, sunset view. Enjoy watching the water from it as well as people playing tennis. Holiday Isle is quieter, more family friendly compare to the rest of crowded area. And dolphin view guaranteed if you just walk to the jetty. Like it has a management desk in the lobby, although didn’t need help, but feel like they are there anytime you needed. Will return again!
