Exclusive 16 beds property, 7 AC rooms, tennis, heated pool, top view... & Chef!

If you are a large family or a group of friends, or even a management team, with quality references, looking for a truly exclusive and fully modernized place for a dream vacation or a business seminar, please submit your request and perhaps try a truly unique experience!

"Les Valadiers" accept a maximum of 16 people (14 max between Nov 1st and April 1st), day and night, to keep the high level of comfort and quality. And for a minimum of 7 days due to the high costs of preparation for each new rental. Exceptions might be conditionally approved on request.

Two typical 18th century Provençal houses (80cm thick walls), completely renovated in 2018 with very high standards, welcome you to a 45 hectare estate at a 450m altitude, facing south, and with an absolutely unique view of the Grand Luberon:

1) 16 beds in 7 double (one room can be accommodated with 2 double adult bunk beds or one double bed) quality bedrooms (with full & new pro air-conditioning!) with 7 shower-rooms (of which 2 en suite, 1 with bath & sink, 2 in room with sink, 1 in pool-house with sink & 1 shower only) and 6 WCs

2) 1 beautiful lounge with great open fire, TV, billiard / US pool table room, 1 large dining room with great open fire, 1 large fully equipped kitchen.

3) A 100m² pool house with a breathtaking view, 1 large living room (and no neighbors...), 1 table for 16 people, 1 professional Weber gas BBQ, 1 summer kitchen with 3 fridges / dishwasher / sink, 1 changing room with WC , sink & shower. Many armchairs and deck chairs, towels included. And one new comfortable lounge, close to the pool & facing the view "under the stars", for unforgettable chats and apero with friends & family.

4) 1 top quality synthetic grass tennis court (with night lighting) to use with flat tennis shoes ONLY, a 13mx6m heated swimming pool (from April1st to October 31st) of 13mx6m, nice duo jacuzzi (from November 1st to April 1st), 1 American billiard table, 1 mini football table, 1 pétanque court, ...

5) Unique & complete services possible (details and reservation with the rental request) with very friendly butler services like food purchases, professional à-la-carte cook with excellent quality for all meals, with possibility of full restaurant service (table service and cleaning) at sincerely unbeatable prices,...

All other “basic” services are included such as bath & pool towels and linens ( if you stay more than one week, please foresee an extra to pay at the end of your stay if you want fresh towels & linens and extra cleaning), swimming pool cleaned daily, high-speed WiFi via fiber (including in the pool-house), safe, alarm, VOD (films to be paid in addition), washing machine and dryer, ...

6) Completely private, very quiet and perfect for reasonable family & friends fun (no neighbors bothered by noise or music) or stars watching (total potential darkness), relaxing, having fun,...or teleworking (fiber-based internet),... A heavenly freedom.

7) And at the same time, 5 minutes from a fully equipped village (including a Super U store and a petrol station), close to all the activities of the Luberon and Mont-Ventoux, 70 minutes from the train station Avignon TGV and 75 minutes from Marseille airport.

8) Ideal in all seasons, thanks to internal and external facilities, good heating / fire / jacuzzi for winter retreats ...

9) Due to the increase of electricity costs in Europe, the daily costs are very precisely measured (we have a connected meter) by the EDF (local supplier) application and the daily costs (with no surcharge) will be added to the bill and to be paid in cash at the end of the stay. This will allow the customers to freely connect their electric cars, use the air-conditioning, pool-house IR heating, play tennis during the night, jacuzzi in the cold season,...as much as they'll want! During the winter, if customers want to use some wood for the open fires in the house, the first cubic meter will be offered, the next ones will be charged at the regular 100€ each.

This property has been privately rented to many groups (families and management teams) and is online here since 10 years with only 5/5 rankings. A delight

We had a wonderful week in the sunshine! Spending most of the time outside by the glorious pool. The house has everything that you could require. The special and added bonus was David who ensured any request was smoothly sorted! He also cooked the most delicious food for us, so we could enjoy Provençal flavors!

Excellent time at Les Valadiers!

Where to begin? The entire experience was wonderful. From the spectacular house and estate, to the responsive and accommodating host, Henri, to chef David, who also helped us coordinate rides, reservations and other itinerary items. The historic house sits on a beautiful private hillside with wonderful views of the surrounding hills. The birdsong was incredible each morning with our coffee. We had many lovely evenings of cocktails and dinner in the outside kitchen by the pool. We did day trips to some of the loveliest villages in Europe. And we dined at some excellent local restaurants and cafes. Most of all, the warmth of the people of Provence was so wonderful. I would recommend Les Valadiers to anyone interested in a fantastic vacation with friends and family.

This property is exceptional. The house itself is lovely with everything you need, a very well-equipped kitchen, good bedrooms, lovely lounge & dining area with everything clean and nicely decorated.The pool area is very well designed with an outdoor kitchen, dining, and lounge areas. The sunken seated area next to pool is perfect for evening lounging and star gazing. There is also a very well-maintained tennis court. There are no neighbours so it’s a perfectly peaceful setting and the views are simply stunning. It’s a wonderful place to relax with family and friends. Communication with Henri (property owner) through the booking process was clear and easy. Henri generously supplied welcome drinks and nibbles for us on arrival which was very welcome indeed!David (property manager) lives locally and provided a very warm welcome & tour of the property. He is very friendly and helpful with local knowledge and contacts. I got the impression nothing would be too much trouble for David to help with.It is a paradise!

Wunderbares Haus

Ein wahnsinnig schönes Haus in einer wunderbaren Gegend, schöner Garten, wunderbare Aussicht, super Tennisplatz. Grossartig war der grosse, gedeckte Platz inkl. Aussenküche (ohne Herd) und Lounge. Am Anfang war es kühl und regnerisch, da waren wir froh um das Dach. Der Verwalter war immer erreichbar und sehr nett. Die fehlende Klimaanlage wäre für uns ein Problem gewesen, wenn es heisser gewesen wäre. Ein Schlafzimmer hat keinen direkten Zugang zu einem WC. Das finde ich problematisch in der Nacht, zB. wenn es regnet. Das Zimmer mit den Kajütenbetten ist sehr klein (wenn die Kajütenbetten drin stehen, als DZ ok) mit kleinem Fenster. Mit 3 erwachsenen Personen wird es ziemlich stickig in der Nacht, auch wenn die Türen offen sind.

Wow... Just: wow!!!

Dit huis is onbeschrijfelijk mooi... We kwamen hier om het vijftigjarige jubileum van mijn ouders te vieren en waren daardoor met een groep met leeftijden tussen 5 en 75 jaar oud. En we hebben allemaal enorm genoten!! We brachten onze dagen grotendeels in en rondom het zwembad door, de overdekte zijde - met chillbanken, grote tafel en buitenkeuken - maken dat perfect mogelijk. Met niet te vergeten een weergaloos uitzicht waar we geen genoeg van konden krijgen... Het zwembad was groot genoeg om alle kleinkinderen (tussen de 5 en 16 jaar oud) naar hartelust te laten plonsen en spelen. De kamers in het huisje bij het zwembad waren wel warm maar verder perfect voor alle kinders (de mooie slaapkamers in het hoofdhuis zonder airco toch goed te doen ondanks de hitte buiten!). De tennisbaan (s avonds verlicht!) is ook volop gebruikt. Echt, het was een topvakantie voor ons allemaal!

Parfaitement Incroyable !

Parfait ! Voilà le mot pour décrire notre séjour. Tout était nickel ! La lieu est tout simplement magnifique et rend mieux que sur les photos. On est au calme personne pour nous déranger. Le chef David est très sympathique et très réactif à l’écoute de nos besoins. Beaucoup de temps passé dans la piscine et sur le terrain de tennis. Tout est fait pour passer des vacances reposantes ! J’y retournerai sans aucune hésitations !!

Lieu de vacances extraordinaire!

Nos vacances aux Valadiers ont été absolument TOP! La maison est très confortable, joliment aménagée, tout ce qu’il faut est là. Le patio ne pourrait être plus plus pittoresque. La partie piscine avec la cuisine/terrasse couverte permet vraiment de vivre ses vacances à l’extérieur, du petit déjeuner à l’extinction de la lumière en fin de soirée. Et une table longue qui permet à tout le monde (parents et enfants de 4 familles) de manger en même temps! Aussi le terrain de boules et le babyfoot ont bien été utilisés. Et puis cette vue magnifique, en étant au calme absolu… Merci à David d’avoir été à notre écoute tout au long de notre séjour, pour quoi que c'était et pour nous avoir préparé des plats et recettes à ne pas oublier. Adresse à retenir, mais shhhhut 🤫

vacances idéales dans une belle propriété dans le calme absolu avec vue superbe!

Ceci est le lieu idéal pour passer des vacances sans soucis avec une vue superbe sur la nature, profitant de cette belle propriété avec piscine, tennis,etc et ceci en pleine nature, dans le calme. Tout est organisé autour de la piscine, ce qui permet de vivre à l'extérieur le long de la journée, ce qui est très agréable. En plus nous avons fortement apprécié l'amabilité et la serviabilité de David qui était à notre disposition chaque jour pour nous aider de son mieux et qui est surtout un très bon cuisinier ! Repas tipiquement provençales, délicieux et préparés avec beaucoup de soin. Ceci à un prix très raisonnable! Voilà des vraies vacances ! On a bien profité et apprécié!!! Merci encore!

Sejour exceptionnel…. Maison de reve , la vue est epoustouflante le calme absolu… Bravo pour cette splendide decoration interieur comme exterieur Tout les ingrediants sont rassembles pour passer une semaine d exception et de plus les services de David sont de grandes qualites il vous concocte des plats dignes d un tres bon restaurant en plus il est gentil et tres disponible …. een heerlijk klein paradijs

Wat een fantastische vakantiewoning! Ideaal voor onze 3 gezinnen (3 koppels en 10 kinderen tussen 11 & 21j). De tieners sliepen samen in het huisje aan 't zwembad in 2 kamers mét airco & eigen sanitair. De ouders, een oudste koppel kids en de 2 kleinsten sliepen in het grote huis met eigen sanitair voor elk koppel. Het huis was zéér proper huis bij aankomst (niet evident in Fr.), volledig ingerichte keuken binnen én handige buitenkeuken met BBQ/extra afwasmachine/extra ijskast/extra spoelbak, overdaad aan servies & bestek & glazen (fijn!). De bedden zijn prima, beddengoed lekker zacht (na 1w wordt het ververst!), pp worden 2 grote bad- en 1 kleinere handdoek(en) voorzien, wasmachine-droogkast-strijkijzer aanwezig. Heel gezellig & mooi ingerichte living(s!) en kamers maar vooral het enorme overdekte terras is geweldig! Wij hebben 2 weken buiten geleefd. Enkel om 't eten klaar te maken en te slapen "moesten" we naar binnen. Zonnekloppers én schaduwzoekers vonden allemaal hun perfect spot, in alle rust (je hebt eigenlijk geen buren) en met een onbetaalbaar fantastisch uitzicht (langs alle kanten!). Voetballen, tennissen, petanque, zwemmen, biljart/pool... we hebben het allemaal allemaal gedaan naast de obligatoire passage op de heerlijke ligbedden of in de fijne lounge-zetels :) Bij Henri kan je op voorhand terecht met al je vragen en bij David ter plaatste! De supervriendelijke en discrete David komt dagelijks langs voor tuin (met lavendel en oleanders), zwembad en eventuele problemen. Wat een service. Hij heeft voor ons niet gekookt, dat doen we allemaal heel graag zelf, maar ik ben er zeker van dat hij dat ook met dezelfde toewijding doet en er iets van kent! De welkomst-apéro was heerlijk en deed ons ons instant thuis voelen. Merci David! De lokale wijn die jij uitgekozen had (LilaRose van Amedee) zijn we de hele vakantie blijven verder drinken! Ga zeker naar Céreste (ipv Viens) voor dagelijkse boodschappen (2 goede bakkers, zéér goede beenhouwer, fantastische glacier Scaramouche (ijs meenemen kan ook), heerlijk restaurant Auberge de Carluc, lekkere pizzeria, een prima kleinere Utile superette...). Je kan ook tot daar wandelen! Voor grotere boodschappen rij je idd. best naar Apt (auto 20' via D900). Vergeet het stadje zelf niet te bezoeken! Check Luberonweb.com voor andere gezellige dorpjes, les marchés en "things to do" in deze zeer mooie streek. Maar... geniet vooral van de absolute rust in en pure schoonheid van dit heerlijk klein paradijs

Leuk huis met een topligging!

Wij gingen met 17 volwassenen en waren tevreden over de slaapplaatsen. Een 5tal personen moesten in stapelbedden slapen, dus daar moet je wel rekening mee houden (Henri zal afstemmen met je als je boekt). Het huis zelf heeft een aangenaam zwembad, een zeer praktisch terras en het tennisterrein is ook fantastisch. De ligging is super, je hebt van overal op het domein een prachtig uitzicht. Je gaat het best naar Céreste om brood en dergelijke. Er zijn meer opties dan in Viens zelf en je bent er veel sneller (beter wegen). Apt is de dichtste grotere stad waar je je grotere inkopen kan doen. Al bij al een aanrader! Henri is ook een sympathieke gastheer.

I am a VP (in charge of a large international region covering Europe, the Middle East and Africa) in a large American IT firm and do travel a lot. I have been in comparable positions since 18+ years and wanted to have my own "paradise" to really enjoy life and my holiday in the best way.

This is why having this property provides my family and me the best moments I could ever have dreamed about.

This place is really Unique in the Luberon and I am "another man" when i spend a week there!

Why they chose this property

When I visited properties in the Luberon in the Summer of 2009, I immediately felt in love with this one. Gorgeous view (Unique in the Luberon), huge space, so quiet (you can enjoy birds, silence or party with no issue), large house and many renovation / extension possibilities (I invested a lot between 2010 and 2023 - all done now).

What makes this property unique

I am also an executive coach in my free time and organized approx 10 (10 to 18 people) 2 to 3 days "offsite" meetings with executive teams there and the quality of the place and its environment are perfect to drive "change" in teams.

We also have groups of friends every Summer and they all love the place. Many activities, many places to rest and read, all of that in the middle of the quiet and gorgeous Luberon nature and probably best region of France.

And the Sun all year long...
