A Great Location

It was clean and cool with every convenience that we needed. We could easily walk to all the attractions in the.Centro Storico. And it 20 seconds to the little nearby beach, for twice daily swims. We had a most enjoyable stay.

Great stay, great views!

This property is in a really convenient location both for walking the city and parking in a not-to-far lot and walking to the apartment. The apartment itself has plenty of space. We loved waking up to the views of the water every morning.

Located in historic center - sea views!

We spent two nights in the apartments. The apartment is well furnished and comfortable. If you are a lite sleeper bring earplugs. There is significant foot traffic which can become quite loud. ( not the fault of the owner by any means) Very good location - you can reach all the sights on foot. Check in and out was very easy! Would rent again from this owner.

I’ll start with the positives. It’s in a wonderful location in the old town. You do have a view of the sea from the second floor. We enjoyed many days, walking the immediate area and visiting the local churches and restaurants. However, it is not close to usable beaches. Most of the immediate beachfront area is under construction and not accessible. We arrived late in the evening and did not receive appropriate instructions as to where to park or access the property. It is very difficult because it is in the old town. I was told parking was available and did pay for the garage, but it is located at least a half a mile away. I had specifically asked about steps in the house since we are older and was told they’re only a few going in. There is a full flight of marble steps leading to the first floor, and then another full set of steps leading to the main bedroom area, which is not where the bathroom is. The bed was so uncomfortable that I opted to stay at another place for a few days. I think it is best suited for young travelers who are not concerned about comfort, but certainly not for people with young children.

escapade à Monopoli

Monopoli est une destination parfaite, à peu de distance d'autres villes et sites qui font la beauté et le charme des Pouilles. L'appartement est situé à l'entrée du magnifique centre historique qui, tout en étant touristique, conserve un côté populaire qui invite à la promenade. La plage (sable et rochers) se trouve à cent mètres, belle et propre, avec une eau turquoise dont on ne voudrait jamais sortir. Giusy, notre contact, fait un super travail avec le sourire et le souci du service. Tout a été organisé par elle pour que nous profitions au maximum de nos vacances. L'appartement est agréable, et spacieux. A noter cependant que la chambre en mezzanine (la plus grande) communique avec la pièce principale et la deuxième chambre à coucher.

Praktisch aber zu teuer

Wir lieben Monopoli! Tolle Stände . Die Wohnung war nicht so liebevoll eingerichtet und eigentlich zu teuer. Keine Dachterass, wenig Platz für Badesachen . Lage dafür spitze!!

Ho avuto il piacere di conoscere la signora e le sue figlie ma non suo marito che è arrivato in un secondo momento. Persone molto a modo e gentili. Il terrazzo sul tetto c'è ma non per questo appartamento poichè avrebbe un accesso indiretto che potrebbe non piacere a tutti. Per questa ragione non c'è alcuna foto del terrazzo nell'annuncio di questo appartamento. Sono stata felice di accogliere questa famiglia e sarei lieta se tornasse

这是一个温暖明亮的两室一厅。房间布置的非常温暖。有非常齐全的厨房用具，方便有空烧个菜。房间有很多很周到的设备，比如洗衣机，干净的浴巾，洗手液，吹风机，以及可以制冷也可以加热的空调。 冬天，房间里有暖气，住起来很舒适。房间非常干净。 很喜欢房间里的很多镜子，作为女生，可以在任何一个卧室里梳妆，非常欢喜。 房间有很多台灯，方便使用。 独卧在一层，二层是双人主卧。这里躺在床上就看到大海，让我从小内陆长大的小孩非常欣喜。而且窗户正对东方。在这里睡得两天，每天都看了海上日出，而且是和自己的爱人躺在床上。这种感觉美极了。 地理位置里海非常近，附近有很多吃东西的地方。还有拐角处的理发师，在那里弄了头发。非常适合来结婚的人，理发师上门帮忙。

vacances en famille à monopoly

nous avons séjourné 5 jours dans ce superbe appartement face à la mer , sur les remparts de la vieille ville de Monopoly. Francesca nous a réservé un superbe accueil. l'appartement correspondait exactement au descriptif. Très très bien situé, très spacieux, au cœur de la ville tout en étant au bord pour plus de facilité dans nos déplacements. Nous avons toujours trouvé une place de stationnement à proximité! la vue était superbe ! nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La seule remarque est l'isolation de l'appartement, mais cela n'avait pas grande importance, nous avions l'impression d'être immergé dans la vie italienne. Merci pour tout. Merci pour votre accueuil. Nous recommandons cet appartement pour un couple avec 2 ou 3 enfants, il est très pratique

We stayed in this fantastic apartment för three weeks and it was awesome. Here´s a list of made it perfect: You ca go for swim whenever you want to. Lot´s of shops both för food, bread, vegetables and fruits in less then 5-10 minutes walk. Lot´s of restaurants of all kinds nearby. The small pizzeria around the corner is one of our favorites. it´s very nice to wake up and go to sleep hearing the sound of the waves of the Adriatic sea . The terrace was a beautiful place for breakfast and warm evenings. The hostess was very accommodating and the apartment was well equipped and tidy

Mi spiace per il malinteso ma sull'annuncio è scritto che il terrazzo è "sovrastante". Ciò vuol dire che si trova al di sopra dell'appartamento. Spero , comunque , di riaverla tra i miei ospiti, magari nell'appartamento "C" situato al 2° piano con terrazzo esclusivo vista mare accessibile direttamente dalla zona giorno dell' appartamento .

Great apartment for a family with kids!

Un appartamento spazioso con vista mare posizione

Abbiamo soggiornato in appartamento "A" dal 15-22 giugno come una famiglia con figli adolescenti. L'appartamento è in Centro Storico, proprio dietro l'angolo dal mare/spiaggia. Un appartamento molto spazioso, pulito e confortevole con vista sul mare. La cucina era ben attrezzata e compresa una lavatrice. La zona di mezzane in particolare era molto spaziosa con aria condizionata. L'appartamento potrebbe non avere stato meglio situato come è in una bellissima zona molto caratteristica della città vecchia. Con i mezzi pubblici - il treno e autobus erano solo 15 minuti massimo a piedi. Da Monopoli si può visitare Alberobello (erano i famosi trulli sono) Lecce, Ostuni, Bari. Tutti i posti vale la pena una visita. Come una famiglia abbiamo apprezzato Monopoli molto tanto quanto c'è qualcosa per tutti con discotechs, spiagge, ciclismo, nuoto e visite turistiche nonché degustazione della migliore cucina soprattutto pesce piatti. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento e spero di tornare a Monopoli nel prossimo futuro.

Ferien in Monopoli

Wir wurden vom Sohn der Vermieterin sehr freundlich empfangen. Er erklärte uns das Haus und gab uns viele Tips (Restaurants, Ausflüge etc.). Wir haben sehr davon profitiert. Das Haus war perfekt gelegen. Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und bietet allen Komfort, den man sich wünscht .Wir sind mit dem Ferienhaus und der Vermieterin ( Francesca de lillo ) sehr zufrieden. Auch Monopoli hat uns sehr gefallen. aus diesem Grunde werden wir diesen Herbst noch eine Woche nach Monopoli gehen ( natürlich in die gleiche Wohnung).

Bellissimo appartamento con bellissima vista

Sono stata benissimo a Monopoli. E il punto di partenza perfetto per scoprire la Puglia: la costa, la campagna, le città come Bari e Lecce sono tutte vicine. Il centro storico di Monopoli è un sogno: mi sentivo nella scenografia di un film italiano. L'appartamento è molto bello e molto confortevole: ben restaurato, arredatto con gusto e con una bellissima vista sul mare, soprattutto dalla terrazza. I proprietari sono molto simpatici e accoglienti. Spero di tornarci presto, questa volta con la mia famiglia.
