Perfect private holiday hideaway

A beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa set in attractive mediterranean gardens with a private 8x4 m swimming pool with sun beds for 6, includes a large peaceful sun terrace for relaxing and a shaded al fresco dining area. Full BBQ facilities to enjoy those warm sunny nights.
TV, wi-fi and children's games/activities included.

Comprising of 2 x double bedrooms and 1 double room with two single beds (cot also available), including fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, barbecuing facilities along with inside and outside dining areas. Lovely balcony with views over the hills to the sea.

Only 20 minutes walking distance from the beach and town areas of Moraira, complete with a variety of waterfront bars and restaurants as well as a choice of sandy beaches. Moraira has its own Yacht marina and children’s fun park. Also a 15 minute drive to the nearby town of Javea and Montgo National park with a variety of hiking and nature walks.

Amazing, Clean and Perfect Outdoor Space

Our two week stay at this fabulous villa was simply amazing. We couldn’t ask for better facilities, everything we needed was there. It was spotlessly clean and the outdoor space was incredible! We have made some true family memories here and can’t wait to go back again some day.

Beautiful villa for a family holiday

We had a wonderful stay at the villa in Moraria. We couldn't ask for a more idealic spot to enjoy the sunshine in Spain. The outside grounds of the house were just the best, lots of little areas to enjoy around the villa. Lindsay was a fantastic host and responded very quickly to any questions.

Fabulous stay!

We had a really lovely stay at Villa Este. Communication with Lindsay was great before and during our stay. The villa was spotlessly clean, with everything we needed. Outside areas and pool were a highlight. The villa is in a quiet residential area and not over looked, with easy access to the town. Can’t wait to return!

Great villa clean and tidy reasonably priced. A car was a must for us although taxis are available from town. Owners easily contactable. Moraira is a lovely place for holiday

Beautiful villa in stunning moraira

We arrived at the villa with a swift check in. Having never been to the area before we were looking forward to staying here for the week. And we were not let down. Stunning villa and even better place. The villa is within walking distance of the town centre but in the heat, we never did it as we had a car. After a few days we were easily finding our way around. We will definitely be back here in the future. Thank you for letting us stop in your villa.

Beautiful Villa

Villa Estè is a lovely property, spacious enough inside, with a fantastic naya which we made good use of. The surrounding grounds/gardens were well kept. The swimming pool is a good size, and depth, and was very welcome in the Spanish heat. The town of Moraira is close by, although it's a bit of a long walk back in the evenings, however, taxis are readily available. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great house, plenty of space in a quiet neighbourhood. Many different nice places in the garden. Owner responds quickly and adequately to questions. The only minor criticism is that the kitchen equipment (glasses, plates, etc.) was very limited...

Perfect place to relax & unwind

Just returned from a wonderful break at Villa Este. Lindsay (the owner) very helpful from the initial booking & throughout to answer any questions. The villa is very private on a lovely plot with views. Plenty of options for sun & shade & we made good use of the pool. Inside the bathrooms & kitchen modern & well equipped. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others wanting a peaceful break yet within easy reach of Moraira town.

Moraira - June 2022

We had a lovely week at this villa: the property was perfect for our needs and had fabulous grounds with different areas to sit. A great pool, with comfortable sun loungers, not your usual cheap plastic ones! The naya/terrace had lovely views and the neighbourhood was very quiet and pretty with lots of bougainvillea growing everywhere. The villa was clean and the owner, Lindsay very friendly and helpful in communications and we had no issues at all during our stay. Highly recommended!

Great villa with everything we needed. Really enjoyed our break away.

Great villa in a very good location. Easy to find. We have been to Moraira before and were not disappointed this time. We do not have anything negative to say about the villa. Plenty of space, good facilities and the pool was superb. Lindsay was very helpful checking in. Numbers of nice restaurants to have a decent meal out. Take your pick from lots of choice. We had a couple of beach days too. Moraira is a lovely spot to chillout and relax. Would highly recommend this villa and thank you to the owners. We will return again at some point no doubt.

Just book it!

I was excited to stay at Villa Este with my wife and six year old son! As a frequent traveler across the globe, I have become quite critical of places I stay but could not find one single fault with this Villa, the owners have clearly thought of it all. The guestbook that was mailed ahead of our stay directed us right to the driveway, on entry the Villa is well situated, well equipped, modern decor and most importantly, immaculately clean. Just a two minute drive or 15-20 minute walk from the beautiful town where you can find a restaurant to suit everyone's taste, a beautiful sandy beach that also has free parking. We found ourselves spending a majority of time at the Villa stoking up the BBQ and/or bathing in the wonderful pool! I did manage to sneak out a couple of times for a pint and watch the football at Bar 21, 5 min walk :) We WILL be back!

Summer holiday

It was brilliant... the villa is lovely with loads of space inside and out to chill and relax. Very spacious and modern, lovely pool. We went as a family of 7 with a 6 month old and found it was the right balance for us with an infant. Correspondence with Lindsay (the owner) was accurate and god bless her ... I'm sure I was a pain !!! .. 20 minute walk to the town but loads of restaurants and high end ladies clothes shops (men take loads of money) .. walk back or €7 ish for a taxi ... dependant on the time of day-night. Would We go back ? Definitely.. one of the best holidays we've had . Thanks Lindsay and Pau

Holiday 2023

The property is in a good location and is in a nice area but is in need of updates and some TLC. The cleaning service concentrate on surface cleaning, when you actually want to use anything most items needed cleaning before use. A holiday does not start well if you have to clean items before use. The BBQ area has no opportunity to clean or sweep the area, no broom, there were no BBQ tools. I was able to hose everything but then deeded to wait for it all to dry prior to use. There are only mosquito nets in the bedrooms, due to the orientation of the sun to keep the lounge cool you need to close curtains which makes the lounge very dark. The beds are old, noisey and uncomfortable. The gate locks need maintenance, as does the security door to the property. Simon & Sylvie

Thanks for the feedback, it would have been useful to raise these on arrival when I checked in with you rather than after your stay as I could have helped to resolve. Firstly, you must not have used the key to open the store room under the house as brushes and cleaning equipment are stored there. We live in an area full of pine trees so there will always be some droppage. There are 2 sets of BBQ tools in the kitchen drawers. I’m not sure how you missed them! Yes mosquito nets are on all bedroom and bathroom windows. We don’t spend much time indoors so have an air cooler which can be used in the living room. One out of the 4 beds squeaks, due to it being damaged by a guest. We have ordered a new made to measure frame but like a lot of things it’s on a 10 week delivery. Apologies if this caused an issue. I will speak to our cleaning company about your feedback regarding the utensils and ask them to check. Perhaps in the future it would be helpful to raise issues with the owner rather than leave a less than positive review after the event. We have always had good feedback so it’s frustrating when issues could have easily been resolved. I do hope you enjoyed your stay in Moraira, it’s certainly a lovely part of the world.

Los exteriores de estas villa son excelentes, en cambio el interior es mejorable

El exterior de esta casa es preciosa. La piscina limpia y grande, las tumbonas de calidad. La mesa de madera principal con las sillas está muy bien, el rincón de la fuente es muy bonito, perfectos para comer, desayunar. El área de la barbacoa no se pudo utilizar porque estaba muy sucia, una lástima puesto que nos habíamos hecho a la idea. Encontramos una escoba y una fregona para poder limpiar la casa durante nuestra estancia, que previamente tuvimos que adecentarlos. Los colchones de las camas muy blandos, la ropa de cama muy sencilla, y vieja al igual que las toallas. No pudimos ver la TV porque estaba sintonizada con canales ingleses. En uno de los baños el enchufe no se pudo utilizar porque era para ingleses y el aplique del rollo de papel higiénico estaba roto. Nos sirvió algunos productos de limpieza que había en la cocina, así como rollo de cocina, detergentes, etc. Estuvimos a gusto en esta casa en cuanto a sus exteriores que son un encanto.

Thanks for the feedback although I would like to clarify some points. I accept the BBQ may not have been perfectly clean, we rely on guests to clean the grills after use. We are English and rent to multi nationals so yes we have English TV channels. There are No English sockets in the house, it’s Spanish electrics this is not true. The mattress are on the softer side this is to our choice for comfort - they are not old. Also the towels and bedding are perfectly fine. Our cleaners got the house ready for you two hours early as you requested, you did not need to clean the house beforehand this is totally untrue. I fear you are a serial complainer, others things you complained about to me - no duvets in 35c heat and some dust on an outside table!!!! The guests before you gave us a 5 star review and the guests after you also gave a 5 star review. I hope people that read this do not think this is a true reflection of our property.

Fantastic!

We really enjoyed our stay at lovely Villa Este. We felt at home straight away and the gardens and views are a delight. The swimming pool is a good size and the garden loungers and outside dining table looked new. At present there is no wifi but we overcame this by buying an internet package from our mobile phone provider. We walked into Moraira many times and didn't feel the need to get a taxi or use our hire car. We also explored the nearby coves on foot. The villa is in a picturesque residential area and walking back at night was not a problem. We found eating out to be of a good standard and exceptional value especially if you choose the set menus. Perfect for a restful family holiday

Lovely villa with attractive gardens and large pool. A quiet neighbourhood, yet close to the beach and town. We had a great week here and Lindsay the owner couldn’t have been more attentive in making sure everything was comfortable for our stay. Would definitely recommend!

beautiful villa and grounds. Close to all amenities whilst maintaining peace and quiet. Very well equipped with everything needed. Lindsay resolved one small issue within one day which was excellent. All in all we had a brilliant holiday and none of us wanted to leave.
