The 'Aussie' Beach House

Your own 'Aussie' beach house features a new staircase to your private beach on Lake Michigan. Fully renovated and freshly painted in 2023 with 3 bedrooms and a new kitchen with all stainless steel appliances.
This unique property is located on two lots on Lake Michigan and backs up to the Silver Lake sand dunes. The beach house has a 1000sf deck and a great patio with views of Lake Michigan and has a private firepit nestled in the dunes. This is the perfect spot for your family vacation. Property comes with a golf cart to help you take beach chairs and toys to the state park beach if you would like.
You are 10 minutes from Pentwater and Hart with easy access to horse riding, golfing, boat and Jetski rentals and all the different festivals that are on throughout the year. Michigan Adventure is only 30 minutes away for the kids!!

The stairs to the semi-private beach were a very nice addition, though it is still fun to take the golf cart to the state park beach. The neighbors were very friendly, except the guy at the far end of the beach who insists on dogs being leashed on his property. (You might want to avoid that end if you have a dog.) This is our second vacation at the Aussie Beach House and we really enjoy it.

Beach house 2026We had such an amazing vacation at this beautiful beach house for our third time staying! The home is clean and comfy with all of the amenities you could possibly need to fully enjoy your time and relax! The best part is that you can bring your dog along too, which made the trip even more special for us. The golf cart is an added bonus to drive to the sand dunes and walk along Lake MI. And the views of the sunsets were absolutely breathtaking — truly unforgettable!!We would love to come back next year!

Great location for anyone doing the dunes on a daily basis. Other than the grass needed to be mowed it was perfect for our get away.

Owner and place is amazing! Could not have a better location. We enjoyed everything the area has to offer while being in a well renovated place that kept us very comfortable. The golf cart was awesome as was the beach. Looking to re book already!

We had the most wonderful week at the Aussie Beach House. It was just what we needed before going back to school. It was quiet, clean and well located. We had everything we needed and couldn't have asked for anything more.

Family memories at the beach house 2023

My family & dogs had a great time staying in the beach house with all the comforts of home…The beach house view from the back deck has a gorgeous view of lake MI. Also, there is a golf cart to drive around the small quant area as well as to the walkway down to the dunes. We will definitely be back to this lovely place!

Enjoyed our long weekend here. Close to places of interest we visited (Silver Lake, Pentwater, Ludington). Enjoyed the beach very much. The golf cart was very helpful. My 78 year old mother did have a hard time with the walk up and down to the beach. At first glance when booking, it looked like it was on the beach, but it is a trek. I wish the trees were not blocking so much of the view of the lake also.

Relaxing and comfortable.

My husband and I took our grandsons ages 15 and 4. The beach was only a short golf cart ride away. We brought our rzr to play on the dunes. There was plenty of room for our trailer. We had such a great time and would love to come back!

Just what we needed

This was the perfect little getaway spot. It was nestled in a beautiful little neighborhood that was quiet and friendly. The house had every amenity that you could possibly need for a few nights stay. Internet was great. We had no issues the fire pit bonus, especially with the stars. Cannot wait to come back

Beach get away

The inside of the house was in really nice shape and really enjoyed the deck. Wish the view had not been interrupted by all the trees but did not stop us from enjoying the deck. Very comfortable, really enjoyed the spacious kitchen, had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay again. Would have appreciated a welcome "page" to explain the WiFi and miscellaneous house uses.

Very comfortable house, Very well appointed

Everything you need for a comfortable stay in an "Aussie Beach House" atmosphere. Owner was responsive (both by message and phone) to issues we ran into. The beach was farther and harder to reach for my husband and me, but the kids all enjoyed it. The 3 air conditioner units kept the house comfortable. And we had fun in the area with Silver Lake and the dunes.
