All exterior least the bathrooms have natural light all day. It has a beautiful terrace overlooking a quiet street, where you can eat and enjoy the sun.
The kitchen is large, so that can make life in it. Fully equipped.
Both bedrooms have wardrobes and beds.

The building is newly built and well maintained.

Perfect for central holiday with easy access to central plaza and the beach at torromolinos. Apartment had everything we needed and Eduardo kept in contact even with our delayed flight. Can highly recommend this for a stay.

Very nice apartment

The only thing I wished for was a more detailed check in and check out we were not told where to leave the keys or with whoom we normaly get a key safe by the front door also says there is a safe at the property there is no safe the tv remote dose not work with the tv that is there.

Overall good - some issues

Great location and hosts were friendly, only a few issues. The flat was quite dusty and one of the shower heads didn’t work properly. On the listing, it was mentioned that there was a safe (the host also confirmed this via messages) but when we arrived, the host then said there wasn’t one. The kitchen also was missing a few basics such as chopping boards and dish soap. However, the flat was modern design with good wifi and a lovely little balcony. We felt it looked better in real life than in the pictures

Nous y avons séjourné 3 mois et l'appartement est idéal pour un couple avec 2 jeunes enfants ou un couple avec un adulte dans la petite chambre. L'espace cuisine pourrait être amélioré en ajoutant des tablettes au-dessus du petit comptoir. Il est situé dans un des plus beaux édifices de Torremolinos.

En général, tout était conforme à l’annonce. Un seul point à améliorer serait la propreté de l’appartement. C’était correct mais sans plus. Une amélioration de ce côté serait grandement apprécié. Sinon, la réception de l’hôte était parfaite. Instruction d’arrivée très claire. Réponse à nos questions rapide. Très bonne localisation dans la ville. A cinq minutes de tout.

A really nice apartment in a great location.

Apartment is in a great location, close to all amenities - bus, bars, restaurants, supermarkets. Overlooks a quiet street. Air conditioning is very effective. Kitchen had all necessary equipment and was very suitable for our 8 week stay. Our host was very responsive to any of our requests. He also facilitated our very late check- in time. The apartment building is kept exceptionally clean by the cleaning staff. We would have no hesitation in booking this apartment again.

Excellent Apartment

The apartment was rented for 3 months and is in a great location for access to the Torremolinos Centre and the beaches. It is also very convenient for local travel by bus and train. The comfortable apartment is spacious and well equipped with the things that holiday makers need. Moreover, host Eduardo is easy to contact and always responds very quickly to any query or request. To sum up, I strongly recommend Eduardo's apartment for visitors to Torremolinos.
