New house with capacity for 1 to 9 people (4 bedrooms, 2 toilets and 2 bathrooms)
Ideally located (5 min walk from the commercial center of the island, 10 minutes from the port and the first beach).
You luxuriate around the heated pool. You benefit from a home cinema, an independent terrace, a small private garden and a fully equipped kitchen.
You will have a small sea view from 2 bedrooms, and at the entrance of the house.
Swimming pool open from 20/03 to 4/11
Spa closed from 4/11 to 20/12
1 spa session available for all rentals per night. 2 sessions from one week's rental (20 € / additional session)
Cleaning check: 120 € refunded if the house is returned as found.
Check deposit of 500 €. refundable.
Bed linen package depends on the number of people: 30 € for 2 people, 50 € for 3 - 4 people, 60 € for 5--6 people and 80 € for 7- 8 people.
