Ideal for families or group of golfers of up to six seeking privacy and nature.



Step inside to three air-conditioned double bedrooms a ground floor suite with private bathroom, a second ground floor double sharing a bathroom, plus an independent first floor suite giving everyone comfortable, private space. The modern villa separates social and private areas perfectly.



The compact but well-equipped kitchen handles family meals easily, while the spacious living/dining area seats six with comfy sofa, chaise longue, TV, fast Wi-Fi and direct terrace access.



Guests rave about the green, calm location, family space, comfy beds, BBQ area, private home feel, and the functional decoration many plan to return. The private pool (heating available April-October, by request depending on the weather), lawn by the golf course, shaded charcoal BBQ, outdoor table and reserved parking right at the entrance complete the perfect setup.

Hi we have had a beautiful week in your villa thank you very much it has everything you need x I have no criticism but a possible suggestion of some sort of tray in the showers to put soap/products would be a great addition And just as an extra note I feel there is possibly dog poo at the top of the garden near the sun beds it didn’t cause us any issues as we only sat at the top a couple of times. You truly have a beautiful villa in a beautiful location thank you again for letting us stay there x Kerry There is a Spar only 5 mins walk were you can get a beautiful and very cheap pastry breakfast We would definitely book again

Nice villa overlooking the old course. Well equipped. Heated pool. Not overly spacious insideout. It wasn’t clear from the description that one of the bedrooms is a self contained upstairs apartment with separate outdoor entrance. One set of keys makes moving freely between difficult unless you leave everything unlocked.

Nice Villa

This is a nice Villa, with plenty of space and good facilities. The layout is a little odd, in that the third bedroom is upstairs and accessed through the entrance courtyard, so separate from the main property. It is also a little tired, showing some signs of wear. The Sofa's leather is flaking and the showers could do with updating. But overall the property is very spacious, quiet with a good level of useful equipment and good wifi. It's very well placed to enjoy watching the golfers and to have a relaxing stay but could just do with a little TLC

Villa Beira golfe

Internally the villa was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed. There were a few items that needed fixed and were dealt with quickly. Outside was not so good. A lot of the areas were needing attention and tidied up. A lot of leaves and debris lying about and not cleaned up before we arrived and did it ourselves. The biggest disappointment was the condition of the pool. The pool was dirty and only after a number of appeals was the pool eventually cleaned and ready for use. We arrived on Saturday 3rd May and the pool was not available for use until Wednesday 7th May which was 50% of our stay. This made a bad start to the stay. If a bit more effort was put in to the exterior of the villa then it would be an excellent place to stay. Another point is that the photographs in the listing need to be brought up to date as there has been a number of changes. Overall we enjoyed our stay but it could have been a lot better.

Un véhicule est nécessaire pour découvrir cette magnifique région. Conforme aux photos. Parfaitement équipée, d'une propreté irréprochable sauf le canapé. Nous l'avons signalé et l'hôte a été très réactif. Nous avons été accueillis par une personne charmante parlant notre langue. Panier de bienvenue avec produits de la région, Kit de ménage (quelques dosettes machine à lave, lave vaisselle). Chambres climatisées, linge de lit et serviettes comme à l'hôtel. La 3ème chambre est en accès indépendant. Il faut sortir de la maison et prendre la clef. La cuisine et la pièce à vivre sont équipées de ventilateurs. La piscine est grande mais manque d 'accessoires. Aucune indication sur la conformité de l'eau. Pièces à vivre non climatisées, le manque d'accessoires pour la piscine, et pas de parasol pour la plage font que le prix nous semble élevé. Nous avons cependant passé un agréable séjour.

Lovely villa!

Lovely, spacious, secure villa in a beautiful location overlooking an expansive golf course. Quiet neighbourhood, just a very short drive from Vilamoura. Kitchen was very well equipped and the beds were extremely comfortable, with quality linen. Had a lovely time! Garden is often in shade so may not be perfect for devoted sun seekers. Seashell staff were brilliant. Thank you for being so helpful during our stay. Only things we thought could be improved were to leave kitchen basics like salt, pepper, oil, washing up liquid and dishcloths. Perhaps tea, coffee and milk too. Also needs a pool skimmer net as quite a bit of debris falls in from the trees - there appeared to be one there but when we looked it was broken. I would also have swept the floor and done more cleaning if there had been equipment too, so maybe something to think about? Thank you again!

Couldnt have asked for anything else! Great villa with breathtaking outdoor space.

The villa sits with its pool and back yard facing a beautiful golf course. scenery which we enjoyed every morning while having our coffee on the back patio. A beautiful quiet location a short drive from the center of Vilamoura. The area is quiet and pristine, and even if you dont have a car, their are bike stations nearby allowing you to rent a bike and drop it off around the town at various locations. We had everything we needed including sandwich maker, espresso machine and outdoor BBQ. Would defiantly recommend it!
