About this property

Charming house in a garden in the heart of Alsace near Colmar

Neat decoration in large chalet, beautiful sunny terrace, with enclosed garden. We have owned the Bollenberg gite for many years and during our 3 weeks of summer vacation, we put our personal home to rent, which explains that there are no comments! Of course, you will feel at home there! all of our personal belongings will be kept out of reach.
At the foot of the Vosges, near Eguisheim, the ecomuseum, 15 minutes from Colmar, you can relax on the large terrace or in a beautiful open space in a warm and friendly atmosphere. The house is located on the outskirts of the village of Orschwihr, on the edge of the vineyards and cycle paths. The Bollenberg, a hill in the Vosges, is a place much coveted by botanists and naturalists. Access to children's area (trampoline, swing, garden house).

Bikes are available for young and old.

Beautiful house

We stayed for a week with our family with small children and really enjoyed this beautiful house with its beautiful interior. The house is well situated, close to several touristic must-sees and with nature all around, so easy to go for a walk as well. Contact with the friendly owners was really easy and fast and they helped us immediately with some questions. We will definitely come again!

Ne changer rien.

Une maison de caractère, meublée avec goût, bénéficiant d'un calme propice au repos. Nous avons pris tous nos repas sur la terrasse. Nous étions six et chacun à trouvé sa place du plus jeune au plus âgé.(3 générations) Avec ses livres, ses objets anciens, sa déco cette maison à une âme, surtout ne changer rien.

Ruim huis, fijne veranda. Helaas erg warm en bovenverdieping muf.

Pluspunten: ruim huis, mooie veranda, omgeving is prachtig, snelle reactie van eigenaar op vraag van ons. Minpunten: -boven was het niet schoon (veel spinrag, bijvoorbeeld bij plafond douche en op de slaapkamers, muffe lucht van rieten vloerbedekking en stof) -huis warmt snel op (geen luiken of zonwering), als het buiten 30 graden was, was het binnen ongeveer ook 30 graden -stoelen zaten niet fijn (bij de eettafel en veranda moest je op banken, krukjes of stoelen met een hele lage rugleuning zitten) -gordijnen op slaapkamer lieten vrijwel al het licht door.

Chère Marije, Il s'agit d'une maison en bois et malgré le soin apporté par la personne chargée du ménage quelques petites toiles d'araignées ont pu apparaitre rapidement. Le sol des chambres en jonc de mer ne sent en aucun cas le moisi, c'est un revêtement naturel et s'il vous est apparu poussiéreux cela me semble totalement impossible puisqu'il venait d'être aspiré. Je maintien que des rideaux et stores sont en place dans toutes les pièces de l'étage, mais cette remarque nous incite à mettre en place des volets. Dans l'espoir d'avoir "levé" certains doutes......nous éfforçons de maintenir notre maison propre et confortable......

Mooi gelegen huis, met meer dan genoeg voorzieningen. Ook de kinderen hebben genoten van de trampoline en het speelhuisje. Vanuit het huis loop je zo de wijngaarden in.

We werden goed ontvangen met fles pinot noir als welkomstgeschenk , alles was voorzien. Kinderbedje en kinderstoelen waren voorzien. Mooi en groot huis.

Maison en bois très agréable

Maison à 15-20 min des grands marchés de Noël. Gîte très chaleureux. Comme il est majoritairement en bois il arrive d entendre les occupants du gîte contigu en cas d enfants en pleine santé ou adultes peu conscient de ce petit souci. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et notre séjour fut très agréable.

Wir haben uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist sehr sauber und stilvoll gemütlich eingerichtet. Toll ist die Terasse mit dem Highlight - der Hängematte. Das es sich um das Privathaus des Eigentümers handelt störte in keinem Fall.

Superbe Chalet très chaleureux

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine à Orschwihr - dans un chalet très chaleureux et spacieux et super bien équipé! Environnement très agréable, village paisible mais vivant avec de nombreuses caves de vignerons fort sympathiques. Nous avons apprécié la balade sur la colline de Bollenberg à 2 minutes du chalet et la proximité avec Colmar et ses 5 marchés de Noël! Sejour très reposant!
