I’ve been working with the kind owners of this villa since 1998, We make quite a good team. I'm good at presenting the villa and taking care of their bookings, and they are good at maintaining the villa and takin with:

- divided into 3 separate living quarters but always rented to the same group in exclusivity.
-apartment 1: 5 en suite bedrooms (3 with double beds; 2 with double beds plus 2 single beds each).
-apartment 2: 4 bedrooms share 1 large double bathroom (2 rooms with double beds; 1 room with 2 single beds; 1 room with 1 single bed).
- apartment 3: 3 en suite bedrooms (1 with double bed and 2 rooms with 2 double beds each).
- total of 12 bedrooms: 8 with private bathrooms, 4 bedrooms with shared bathroom, plus 3 WCs in common areas
- so in fact there are beds for 31 guests, 12 double beds (150x190cm) & 7 single beds (90x190cm). Some additional fold out beds and cots available

The outdoors: the 12x5 meter swimming pool is on a wide lawn just below the house with plenty of shade trees, 16 deck chairs, and a small WC & changing room & small table under a nicely decorated pool house. Oh, and there is also a poolside shower, and the owners have bought a ping pong table which gets moved around from place to place.

Remember that all water on this property comes from a private on-site well, so no problem with good quality water supply no matter how dry it gets.

There are many outdoor eating areas, but the most popular is under the stone arches next to a barbecue pit near the main doorway into the villa On the other side of the main entrance to the house is the 100m2 game room, with ping pong, a pool table and a babyfoot table. Beyond the game room is the washroom with two washing machines and a clothes drier and a sink for hand washing.

In short, this is a high-quality & no-risk rental, offered at very competitive rates. A great villa with a proven track record since the year 2000. I think there are about 15 unanimously 5-star reviews in our VRBO advert. The owners and I make a great team. I have nearly 30 years of experience taking care of the bookings and the guests up to the rental dates, and then the owners take over when the guests get here. The owners do a fantastic job. Everything runs so smoothly, it’s a joy to work with them. I’ve been working with two generations of them since 1998!
