About this property

This beautiful four-bedroom home is in a great location!! It is located on the second row beachfront at a public beach access and a public sound access. It is two blocks from the town center. You can enjoy an easy walk to multiple restaurants and shops.

The condo was fully renovated in 2014-2015. Our family lived in the condo from 2018-2020, and did further updates.

The first floor has a family room and kitchen. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. There are 2 decks with ocean views. There is parking for 4 cars in the carport.

Please come and enjoy South Lumina Escape. We take reservations all year, but during the summer months we have a seven night minimum. You can rent from a Friday to Friday during the summer months. During the off season, reservations are very flexible, but require a 3 night minimum.

Wrightsville Beach Tennis Weekend

We rented this condo for a weekend tennis tournament in Wilmington, and it worked out great! Great location close to the beach and very good restaurants (Tower 7, South Beach Grill, Poe’s). Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic Stay!!

7 of us stayed at this location for three nights at the beginning of November. You really can’t beat this location. It was a stones throw away from the beach, and you can walk to lots of places on the Main Street in about 60 seconds. Everything appears to be newly renovated and in great condition. Would highly suggest!

Perfect location for IMNC 70.3

Had a group stay here for the race. Easy walk to practice swim and race start. Made for easy drop offs. Great space. Comfortable. Steps from ocean and river and South Beach Grill. Definitely recommend, especially if you’re in town for Ironman. Had all we needed!

The Martin family loves the beach life. We live in Wilmington, North Carolina. We chose Wrightsville Beach for its beautiful beaches and for the town, which has a village feel. We escape to the beach for the great lifestyle that it offers. We are very active. We enjoy walking the loop, paddle boarding, swimming, boating, and relaxing on the beach. We enjoy walking to town to eat at the many good restaurants.

Location !! Our condo is just steps to both an ocean and a sound access. It is a short walk to the town center of Wrightsville Beach. It was fully renovated in 2014, making it feel new.

Wrightsville beach is beautiful and the position of the island gives days where the water is crystal clear. The ocean side of the island is great for surfing, sailing, and swimming. The sound offers sunsets over the water. It is a great place for kayaking, sailing, and boating.

Our condo is located 2 blocks from the town center. It is a short walk to restaurants and shops on Wrightsville Beach. You can enjoy many attractions without ever getting in your car.

The town of Wilmington is a vacation destination in and of itself. The downtown historic area dates back to colonial times. You can tour historic homes, take a carriage ride down cobblestone streets, or enjoy walking along the Cape Fear river. There are also great restaurants and a lot of locally owned shops throughout the downtown area.
