Located on the second line, it is less than 100 meters from the sea, and is located in the area of Philippe Starck's successful developments ‘’ la Co (o) rniche ’’ ’and‘ ’Ha (a) itza’ ’. It has a large swimming pool, a very spacious terrace and has two lounges, two kitchens, 7 bedrooms. (6 double bed rooms, 1 single bed room and two bunk beds).
This family home is furnished in a neat and classic artistic spirit and therefore awaits people sensitive to decoration. Its location near the sea, the swimming pool and the terrace make outdoor life easy and pleasant. Rental monthly or fortnight in August and September. Biweekly rental from July 1 to 15.
