Located in the historic center of Seville. In a quiet place. In an ideal to visit the city walking place - It has all the amenities: shops, supermarkets, shops, ... All the important places in the city are close by. The Cathedral and the Giralda are within 5 minutes walk. At 30 meters from the Plaza de la Encarnación. Brand new and fully equipped with central air conditioning and heating in all rooms. Equipped with quality appliances: HDTV FULL HD 32 inch Satellite TV, stereo Hi Fi and DVD and BLU RAY. It has Internet and free access in all rooms.

The apartment has two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. The maximum capacity is 6 people.

The apartment with the patio is located on the ground floor.

The apartment is fully insulated from the outside with walls 1 meter thick and double glazed windows and PVC (4 crystals). Ensuring at all times a peaceful rest. It is totally organic and hot water is obtained by solar panels that are stored in a 300 liter thermos. It is fully air conditioned and has central air conditioning.

Excellent stay

Close to setas and easy walk to all attractions. Supermarkets within walking distance. Had everything we needed. Good WiFi, Would definitely stay again.

The property was in a fantastic position , so central you could walk everywhere you needed too. It was very clean , someone met us when we got there and explained things to us . It was fairly basic but not expensive and had everything we needed , I would stay here again

Lovely little apartment close to the main sights of Seville

This property suited our needs for a 3 night stay very well. A short walk to the cathedral in the historic old part of the city. Everything we needed including the essential air conditioning in mid August!

lovely property in excellent location. once i'd remembered the airconditioning we kept the windows shut at night because the street echoed the cars at night with them open.that worked perfectly. will stay again as there was so much more we could have done in seville

Nice Apartment Fantastic Location

An enjoyable stay for us as a family of four. The apartment is small but well laid out. Location is fantastic, in the heart of the old town. Wifi excellent. However we felt cold (it's December) and there was no heating on. The stove is very small, only two rings. The apartment felt dark as the windows could not be opened without making the room colder. However it's really well sound proofed and very dark at night making it good to sleep. Pillows a bit hard for our liking. But otherwise a great accommodation and recommended for a short stay.

4 Nights in Seville

We really liked this ground floor apartment. Even tho' fronting on a narrow street, it has great sound-proofing - very quiet. (The narrow street makes it interesting getting the front gate open before a car comes). The apartment layout is good with the kitchen being especially good. It was very hot during our stay, but the apartment was coolish and the a/c worked well. Located within easy walking to the "Mushroom" shopping area, the Alfalfa Plaza (Alfalfa 8 restaurant very good), and the Cathedral/Alcazar area. The apartment's central location suited our needs very well. Taxis were usually available in Alfalfa Plaza and the buses (including to the S. Justa train station) were near the "Mushroom". Great apartment in a fascinating area.

Prettig appartement voor stedentrip

We waren met vier personen. Het appartement is niet al te groot maar wel prettig. Op de begane grond en is prima ingericht. Een rustige straat. Vlakbij een taxi standplaats en het leuke Plaza Encarnación. Winkels en restaurants in de nabije omgeving.

prima centraal gelegen appartement in Sevilla

Appartement ligt vlak bij Metropol Parasol, als je goed kunt lopen kun je alles te voet af (om Sevilla te ontdekken loop je ongeveer 10 km per dag). Voor ontbijt en de avond zijn er vele eet en drank gelegenheden in de nabijheid van het appartement.

Ottimo appartamento..... Molto soddisfatti

Appartamento situato in zona tranquilla, vicino a supermercati e locali che permette di visitare la città a piedi essendo molto vicino alla zona più centrale. Oltre all ottima posizione l appartamento era molto pulito, ordinato e dotato di qualsiasi comfort. Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile e velocissimo nel rispondere alle nostre domande. Consigliatissimo....

SEJOUR A SEVILLA

Appartement bien situé , bien équipé et conforme au descriptif. Les chambres et le salon sont assez exigus en particulier lorsque le canapé lit est ouvert . L'ensemble reste cependant conforme au descriptif . Humidité assez forte , les serviettes de toilette de 5 personnes restent toujours humides même en saison chaude. Difficultés aussi pour trouver des places de parking gratuites ; parkings payants à proximité relativement chers. Le quartier est animé , mais la rue reste calme. Ensemble satisfaisant.

Fantastic city - great location

Apartment was perfect for location.....was really clean...ideal for 4 persons in the 2 bedrooms leaving living room clear. All utensils etc provided although we ate out as it was so inexpensive. Seviile is a really beautiful city.We went to the football game v Real Sociedad and the Seville support is very enthusiastic and so supportive. Architecture (not my scene!) is brilliant. Thanks to our hosts for everything.
