Charmig nedre del av två-våningsvilla i lugnt område. Helfräsch. Renoverad våren 2021.
Storslagen utsikt över såväl bergen runt omkring som havet och byn nedanför.
2 sovrum:
– Marina rummet: King Size 180x200. 2 panoramafönster med utsikt över berg och hav. TV. VÄRDEBOX. Utfällbar spjälsäng.
– Gula rummet: Två enkelsängar, TV, fönster mot trädgården.
1 salong med amerikanskt kök. Panoramafönster. Diskmaskin, kyl, frys, micro, espressomaskin, etc. Bäddsoffa 160x200. NETFLIX.
Badrum med dusch och tvättmaskin. Två fönster. Skötbord.
Stor tomt på 960 m2 disponerad i ett antal olika terrasser med mat- och sittplatser i alla väderstreck.
Solterrass med privat pool (8x4m, djup från 1m till 1,80 m), varmvattendusch och WC. Utomhusbar med komplett kök i anslutning till poolen. Lekplats och stor leksakslåda för barn. Pooltennis. Luftmadrasser. Hantlar och skivstänger.

Es wäre uns sehr wichtig das Anna diese Nachricht bekommt.
So wie wir erfahren haben waren wir die ersten Urlaubsgäste. Nach kurzer Eingewöhnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Die verschiedenen Sitzplätze, der Pool war super. Leider konnten wir die tolle Outdoor Küche nicht nutzen, da diese ganz ekelig nach totem Fisch etc. gestunken hat. diese sollte eigentlich während unseres Aufenthaltes gereinig werden. ist leider nicht geschehen. Die Außendusche hatte Stockflecken, sollte man erneuern.
Übrig gebliebene Lebensmittel vom Vorgänger sollten besser nicht in den Schränken bleiben. das Geschirr mussten wir erstmal alles in die Spülmaschine stecken und Schränke auswaschen. Poolboy, Gärtner usw..sollten sich einen Tag vorher ankündigen, das war schlecht organisiert. Alte, verblichene oder dreckige Sitzkissen sollten erneuert werden.
Der junge Mann der uns den Schlüssel überreicht hat, hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben, leider können wir kein Spanisch verstehen. Für das Geld was wir gezahlt haben, hätte es unserer Meinung nach perfekter sein müssen. Grundsätzlich ein schönes Feriendomizil, wenn man an diesen Mängeln was ändert. Tolle Wohngegend, toller Ausblick.
