About this property

Modern Villa with own private pool and views of the Marina.

Fabulous Villa in Addaya overlooking the marina, set in beautiful gardens with private swimming pool, pool bar and Barbecue area. Two storey villa, comprising three bedrooms, Master with a dressing room, one double and one with two single beds. All bedrooms have their own bathroom and air conditioning. Downstairs is a Lounge, kitchen, garage and covered terraces. The property has a classic and warm feel. There is a double bedroom and bathroom situated on the ground floor.

The villa comes fully equipped, with air con in all three bedrooms, dressing room and lounge. There are mosquito nets on windows in all bedrooms and kitchen; together with free Wi-Fi. The accommodation is close to a supermarket and local restaurants. There are many beaches on the island and one which is a ten minute ride away, with spectacular views over Arenal Bay. Hiring a car is a must to see the island.

We have been coming to Menorca since 1989 when our daughter was young. We are now taking our Grandsons to this magical place. We always stayed in Addaia because it is safe, friendly and family orientated. It has all the amenities on your doorstep, but if you want to move outside of the area by car, everything is easily accessible.

It is quiet and comfortable for couples and has all the amenities for families. Home from home.

What makes this property unique

It is close to the Marina and has availability for long walks. It is close to shops and restaurants and not too far from the beach. If you want to spend a day by the pool, that is just as accommodating too. The kids will love the pool and the adults will love the chirping of the birds and comforts of the privacy of the surrounding gardens.
