Charming, private, quiet and reasonably priced.

As our first time visiting Rome, my family and I were treated as if we were family by both Ornella and the property owner himself. Exclusive and private use to the family’s pool made for a peaceful retreat after busy days in Rome. Location is perfect distance from Rome and surrounding charming villages. Car rental is a must with dining and market options nearby to the property. Ornella’s expertise in tourism made for a bonus as she did the hard work for us and found tour tickets at reasonable prices. If I visit Rome again, I will most definitely be staying here or another property that is owned and managed by Ornella and the property owner. Fantastic job overall!

Très Bien !

Nous avons été accueillis par Ornella, la gestionnaire de cette résidence. Ornella parle plusieurs langues dont le Français et est très disponible. Si il vous manque quelque chose dans la villa, elle fera le nécessaire pour vous le fournir. Lors de l'accueil, elle nous a offert une bouteille de Prosecco, ainsi que du pain, du lait, du café, de la confiture, du beurre pour notre petit déjeuner. La villa est très bien située dans un quartier très calme et sécurisé. Elle est très propre et très agréable. La piscine est superbe et très bien entretenue. Ne manquez pas les éclairages de nuit de la piscine (ils se déclenchent vers 21h35 le soir (été), c'est superbe) Niveau parking, la voiture peut être enfermée dans l'allée de la maison donc là aussi, aucun problème. Rome n'est pas très loin et en train ou en voiture, vous pouvez faire toutes les visites que vous souhaitez. Pour les visites, Ornella peut vous fournir des billets coupe fil aux principales visites de Rome, mais nous n'en avons pas profité car nous avions prévu de notre côté.

Villa agréable, encore plus la piscine et le cadre

nous avons passé 8 jours en toute tranquillité et intimité, tout est agréable, le propriétaire nous à conseillé sur les lieux à visiter où manger ... on est resté en contact tout au long du séjour, à refaire et à recommander.

Une excellente semaine au calme

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans la location très fonctionnelle. Nous pouvions profiter de la piscine, de la terrasse, du logement climatisé . Et nous avons également découvert un limoncello fait maison excellent !

Une autre façon de visiter Rome

Nous avons passé une semaine délicieuse dans cette dépendance toute neuve face à une immense piscine. Les propriétaire sont d'une extreme gentillesse (merci à gian paolo et magda pour leurs attentions) et d'une grande discretion, nous abandonnant la piscine tout au long du séjour. Nous avons donc pu faire d'une pierre deux coups : alterner visites de Rome et farniente au bord de la piscine. Nous recommandons cette location bien volontiers.
