This charming detached house with private pool offers you a wonderful view of the valley and is idyllically situated in the park of Vejo, just a short drive from Rome. The tastefully furnished rooms with comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, two of which have a shower and one with a jacuzzi, ensure a sense of well-being and privacy. The spacious outdoor area with barbecue invites you to dine al fresco, while the pool offers a refreshing dip. Here you will experience peace and comfort, perfect for a break from everyday life.



The location of the house is ideal for discovering the highlights of the region. Rome can be reached in just 25 minutes by train (train station approx. 8 km away), where you can experience the historic centre and its numerous attractions. Visit the picturesque Lake Bracciano, the Castelli Romani or the ancient hamlets of the Colli Albani with their magnificent villas. The beach at Fregene is ideal for a day at the seaside. Golfers will find the Olgiata golf course just a few kilometres away, and for wellness lovers, the thermal baths of Tivoli are worth a day trip.

Belle propriété, proximité rome mais...

Belle propriété, avec tout le confort nécessaire, piscine très agréable. Accueil chaleureux de Mauro, toujours là pour ses hotes. En revanche, warning : l'eau n'est pas potable (obligation d'acheter des bouteilles au supermarché PIM à 8kms), mobilier extérieur d'un autre temps (très abimé), et surtout route d'accès très dégradée (trous, nid de poule) sur 4kms de la via anna Foé. Voiture de sport ou pneus taille basse s'abstenir, préferer les 4X4 !

Ein Traumhaus in Rom

Das Haus ist eine Luxusvilla und ein wirklicher Traum. Die Bilder entsprechen absolut der Realität. Der Pool ist riesig genau wie der Garten. Der Vermieter Mauro ist supernett und total hilfsbereit. Alles in allem können wir dieses Ferienhaus absolut weiterempfehlen.

Quest'anno abbiamo scelto con cura un alloggio dove poter rilassarci insieme ai nostri compagni pelosi (siamo operatori di pet therapy e viaggiamo con 5 cani a seguito) Dopo diverse ricerche abbiamo trovato villa Eos. Non potevamo trovare di meglio. la villa è bellissima curata, pulita e spaziosissima immersa nella campagna di Roma. Il proprietario Mauro che ci ha accolto di una gentilezza unica, ci siamo capiti subito al volo quali dovessero essere i comportamenti da tenere in casa di altri e ci siamo trovati allineati su tutto in quanto noi gestiamo un agriturismo in Toscana e quindi sappiamo cosa vuol dire il rispetto delle persone e della proprietà che purtroppo oggi sempre meno persone hanno. Consiglierei a tutti questa struttura e se il prossimo anno riusciamo a tornarci ne sarei veramente felice. Grazie Mauro da Stefania, Paolo, Elisa, Alberto, Zeus, Athena, Argo, Ettore e Romeo.
